TTEC review: Fired without just cause

I was terminated from my job because my internet was out for 48 hours due to hurricane force winds. I emailed my tainer multiple times, begging him to call me. He never replied to any email, and never called. I have every single email I sent to him. We were about to go in to nesting, which is always stressful, but I was ready. I stayed up at nights having my son "quiz" me. My son also works for ttec... His absences were excused and he has his 100% perfect attendance. The same experience, 2 different outcomes. I am livid! You don't dismiss someone who is desperatly reaching out to you. He never even bothered to tell me I was terminated. I found out when I was trying to lof in to my systems. Please help correct this! I need my job. I did nothing to deserve being completley ignored and dismissed from my job,
