On 8/9/2023 I was hired to work as a remote customer service rep for TTEC/UHC out of Orlando. The three-part process was onboarding, training, and nesting before graduating to become a representative. I did the onboarding and training process. One week before the nesting process was to end, I enquired with the trainer what was necessary criteria to graduate. He advised me I would have to meet the customer feedback requirements of UHC. I questioned him that after the entire process it came down to one phone call and he stated yes. I pressed him several times to check my feedback numbers, we went into a breakout room, and he advised me the call I received was 100%. However, on the last day of nesting 10/06/2023 the trainer supervisor took me into a breakout room and advised me I was being terminated. She stated I had one good call and one in the middle spectrum. which gave me 50%. I advised her how surprised I was, and asked if I could listen to the calls. She stated she would get back to me once she listened to the calls herself. The termination was based on secondhand knowledge from I trainer I critiqued several times during the training. She never contacted me, the next correspondence I received was to return the equipment.

Claimed loss: $3200

Desired outcome: compensated for lost wages.
