I lost my phone from True Connect last year, 2025. I'm eligible for a new cell phone. However, that isn't the case every time I see a street vendor, I get denied instead. I need a Cell phone right away, please. I am going through "Rehabilitation Return to work", through Human Services of San Francisco, California. Just send me a new one. Turn off the phone number first though that way I won't be denied. Someone else probably has my phone number and cell phone that's why I'm being denied.
