Non-shipment of watch band
I ordered an in-stock watch band from Nomad on July 26th 2023. My credit card was immediately charged the cost plus 4-5 business day shipping. As of today this order has not shipped nor have I been given any date of when it will ship. I have emailed the company 4x so far with no reply. Phone calls to their customer support number are unanswered and only an automated message to email them is provided.
Desired outcome: I would like the watch band that I ordered to be immediately shipped out to me.

I placed an order through the Nomad website for a product called the Base Station Walnut Hub Edition which is advertised to support all QI wireless charging products. The product however won't charge my iPhone 12 which uses this standard. The warranty period is two years and my product is still under that term as of the claim I filed. They have not offered a refund or replacement device and instead are demanding I help them troubleshoot their own product. I've followed the steps they have given over 14 days and still haven't resolved the product issues because it is a hardware deficiency that can't be fixed remotely. They mentioned many other customers are having this same issue and still refuse to follow through on their express warranty.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
