The woman who advertises herself as CEO and runs the website soliciting donations, as well as posting on a number of charity contribution solicitation sites, Facebook, YouTube etc claims to desperately need funds to care for horses she claims to be caring for at this rescue location.
She has tax exempt status due to a failed rescue that has not been active for over 2 years. She does not actually care for any of these horses and there is no rescue being operated at the address she lists for the facility. The photographs and biographies of horses have not changed for years, yet she is still asking for donations for medical care, food, supplies and care for horses she is NOT caring for.
Considering how many real shelters are struggling and failing due to not having funds to care for animals that desperately DO need help, this is not only sad but unethical and fraudulent.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

This is a Very Real Horse Rescue Organization. She operates only on donations and volunteers. Me and my daughter try to help out every weekend. The horses are well taken care of and she would like to expand and save more horses. Ms. Sherry loves those horses and she does without just to keep the horses happy & healthy. This persons complaint is unfounded and absolutely wrong! I will continue to help out, because I know how hard she works and loves them horses! Please DONATE for the horses! This is NOT a fraudulent rescue and it is very clear that whoever posted this has never been on the premises, The rescue is not only active, but it is funded MAINLY privately by the CEO and her husband as donations are very scarce and they care for horses with health issues due to neglect and abuse so vet care and special feeding etc is often necessary.
This report has NO validity and as the address to the rescue was posted, anyone who read it could drive by and see for themselves that there are indeed horses being cared for, and very well, by a very dedicated and loving family who work very hard to give the animals in their care all the love and attention they were denied previously.
I am not employed by or part of Triple L Horse rescue, however I AM an animal lover and I believe so much in what Triple L Horse Rescue does that I have donated to them in the past and will do so again in the future. I urge anyone with any doubts to contact them, make an appointment to visit and once you see what they are doing, you are very likely to become a donor too.
