Had the HVAC system looked at last week. They were on time. I ask for John as he has been here before and always corrects the problems at hand with no return visit needed. He has good follow up skills when required. The work is always done correctly. I've used Lee Company for years and will continue to do so.

The best part of being a customer is that you receive four free inspections every year. If you forget to schedule them on time no worries because their amazing customer service will take care of you. My service tech went above and beyond to install a built-in microwave. I purchased one that required modification of my cabinet and casually mentioned I had purchased a surround for the old one that was working perfectly. He was so kind to take a look and confirm it would fit perfectly. He installed it and saved me some money, so I am returning the 1K new microwave! He mentioned their home improvement team can help me with other projects around the house, so I am making a list and will use them for all my needs going forward. Love Lee Company!

As always, Lee Company is the best. John and Sarah handled the fall check on our 3 HVAC units. They were efficient, professional, and an absolute pleasure to have both working in our home! I told John that he should receive a sales award because last year, he sold me on the benefits of having the UV light in our package unit and this year he easily sold me on the benefits of having the monthly paid Maintenance Service Agreement. Thanks to Lee Company and more importantly great folks like John and Sarah, our HVAC units and in fact our home has been made ready for winter. And, I take great comfort in knowing that should I need anything taken care of in our home at anytime, Lee Company is just a quick phone call away! Thank you!

Exceptionally responsive. Needed a dryer repaired. Making the appointment I indicated that both my wife and I had afternoon doctors appointment and would they accommodate a morning service call. At 8:30 the morning of I was contacted by the service technician saying he was enroute. Repaired the appliance and departed an hour and a half later. Extremely courteous, professional and informative technician. Have Lee Company in my contacts list if I ever need appliance repair again.
