Gentleman came to the door asking about a metal roof and I knew I was gonna need one but I wasn't sure about metal yet so I set up an appointment to take a look. When Noah came out, he was very personable and helped me out with discounts so we decided to go ahead with the project. All the gentlemen who came to install the roof were very professional and nice. All in all I would say this was a good buy and a good experience with this company.

A gentleman stopped by our house to talk with us about a new roof. He was very polite and professional. My wife has been wanting a metal roof, so we set up an appointment. Zach and Noah came out and really explained everything to us and even helped pick the right color! When the install crew came they were kind and very quick! We absolutely love our new roof and we hope to share this experience with other so they can get a quality metal roof too!

From the moment that the sales person (Ian) came to our home our interaction with Perfect Steel Solution has been fantastic. I thought the color delivered was wrong and they came out immediately to review. It was my error, it was the right color. They quickly and thoroughly installed the roof and cleaned up any left over material. We have a screw pop and they were out here immediately to fix. Such a wonderful company to do business with. Highly recommended.

Chris came out and brought samples and really made it make sense as far as the wide span between metal and shingles so we decided to go ahead. He also really helped the roof fit our budget. I had a leak in my roof and every time it rained, I would cringe. I was patching it with cement and dealing with pests crawling up on my roof. One day working in the garage I was approached by a employee of Perfect Steel Solutions wondering if I wanted an free estimate on a new metal roof. I agreed and I am so happy I did! From start to finish, everything was easy and perfect! They did an excellent job cleaning up and I am so happy I never have to worry about my roof again! Thank you so much for helping us!

I would have done the roof myself, but I didn't have time so when someone stopped by I set up an appointment for the sales rep to come out. When Noah came out he helped me out by hooking me up with reasonable financing and said they could get it done quickly. Which they did! I like the roof a whole lot. I was impressed with the speed of install and also how quiet it is! There can be an idea that these roofs are loud but mine is very quiet and I like that a lot. It was a good purchase and the roof looks great.

We've put off replacing our shingle roof for many years, because we never really paid much attention to it. It never looked great, but never looked particularly awesome, either. That has all changed thanks to Noah and the great team at Perfect Steel Solutions. We now have a stunning metal roof that get raves from family, friends, and total strangers. Furthermore, the Perfect Steel Solutions experience was spectacular, and we were consistently impressed by the quality of communication, equipment, and staff as they guided us through every step of the process. We could not be happier!

High pressure sales tactic. Using a door to door person to see if you want an estimate . Then another person comes to give you a long winded sales pitch and vague quote. Somehow they can afford to knock $10,000 dollars off the price with agreeing to do "advertising" for them. The salesman also wouldn't take no for an answer until he went through all his high pressure sales tactics. They seem like very nice people until you tell them you aren't interested. Got a harassing follow up visit from the door to door lady the next day like we had hurt their feeling for not signing on the dotted line that day. This experience with Perfect Steel Solutions was disappointing and frustrating. Lesson learned- never entertain an estimate from a door to door contractor.
