we were 3 families who booked 3 Auto transmission cars ( Audi A 3 or equivalent) from 22- Sep-15 to 25 Sep 15 in FLORENCE via TRIAVI & CAR TRAWLER. Booking details: voucher for Reservation IT320693020- KARTHIK SRINIVASAN Voucher for reservation IT320693540- ARUN SRINIVASAN Voucher for reservation IT320693820- VINOTH RAMANJUAM But when we went there we were said that there are NO Auto cars in whole CITY. I have been following up with CAR TRAWLER and TRIAVI a month & week before to ensure we get our proper requestd cardBUT the guys in the office of LUCATO were not responding and kept on saying they can give ONLY a MANUAL 9 seater we were 6 adults and 2 kids. but booked separately. There was NO help with any of the customer service (from Car trawler & Triavi) when we were there inside the LUCATO office, we lost our Bag and we had medicines & some dress & Iphone of one of my co-traveller. we lost it and NONE from LUCATO office bothered to help us. we requested them to help but they just kept silent for some time and then asked us to go to police station. In spite of All teh things, we were given MANUAL 9 seateer and that too after 4 hours of waiting till date we have raised a lot of complaint in Car trawler online portal BUT NO proper response except auto - replies for complaint submission. we have been following up with TRIAVI// CAR TRAWLER via email. but none even bothered to respond. we feel that we were completely cheated and we need a proper compensation for this
