Triad Financial Services review: Mortgage loan

I have had my loan transferred from a construction loan to a standard loan for about six months now and since day one Triad financial has messed up every single statement that they have sent me. They continuously and I believe intentionally messed up money applied to my account so that they can steal more money in interest and keep me from making additional principal payments. I have paid every dime that I was supposed to and they have come up with a couple of situations where I had to pay out additional money. This is a highly unprofessional company that continuously calls me about miss payments and then when I asked them to call me back in the evening to provide proof of all my payments, they forget to call me. They have done this every single month that I have been doing business with them. I would strongly recommend doing business with a different company. In my opinion, I believe that my situation will end up in a courtroom. This seems to be a common theme with this company, so please think of another option.
