I purchased Beauty Laser treatment on 12/8/2025. The laser made some raddling noise but was working OK. However, on March 12,2026 the laser stopped working. When I turn it on, a red light comes on and it turns off. I tried to call customer service number 1877--321 8742 but the phone rings several times and automatically hangs up. I tried several times and different days and times but no one answers. I also sent several emails to customer service but no one has reach out to me. I spent $599 plus tax for this laser to work few months. I have 1 year guarantee according to the booklet
Claimed loss: $650.
Desired outcome: Would like my money back as I noticed the product quality is not the same as before. I bought 2 Trias in the past and definitely they were better quality. Customer service was there to answer any questions
