We purchased a Mercedes-Benz ride on toy in September 2018 for my daughter's Christmas age 9. We research multiple companies to find the right fit. We called the company multiple times in advance of the purchase to ensure we were receiving and ordering the product we were seeking. This product specifically states on the description appropriate for ages one through 10. Upon delivery the box takes ages one through six. We called within 14 days of purchase which is the timeframe you must call to return. I was told the customer service does not accept phone calls. I was given an email address and I proceeded to email with no response. I have now engaged and over 78 emails 46 phone calls and in writing this company threatened my professional license and refused to assist my family and correcting the problem they created by delivering the wrong product. We are now going to be suing them
