After a rather unfortunate experience with traveluro.com, I have come to the realization that this company may not be the best option if you are looking for a smooth travel experience. In my case, I had booked with them only to find out that my booking dates were off by a day. Naturally, I contacted their customer service and was told that they were waiting on a response from their travel partner and that it would take anywhere from an hour to eight hours to get the issue resolved.

After six days of waiting and two days before my trip, the issue still hadn't been resolved. It was frustrating, to say the least. What made matters worse was the fact that the company seemed to be completely unresponsive and unwilling to take any calls or answer any messages. I cannot express how disappointed I was with this kind of deceitful behavior.

I felt cheated out of both my time and money, having paid for a service that I thought would provide me with a comfortable travel experience, only to be let down in the end. I strongly advise anyone to be cautious when using this company, especially if you are looking for cheaper rates. Despite my best efforts, I was left scrambling to find new accommodation for the duration of my stay. Thankfully, I was able to make a new booking directly with the hotel, although it was at a higher price than what I had already paid to Traveluro.

To add insult to injury, Traveluro apparently contacted the hotel on my behalf, only to provide them with a confirmation number that was not valid. The hotel staff later confirmed that the number given to me by Traveluro was, in fact, the same as the one that the hotel had assigned to my room booking, which made me wonder if my reservation with Traveluro was actually ever made in the first place.

I strongly caution anyone thinking of using their services to avoid them altogether, as the hassle simply isn't worth it.
