So, I recently tried out this website called NewTravelTrip (newtraveltrip.com) and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. I booked some tickets and have been waiting for my e-tickets for a while now. I even tried calling their customer service multiple times, but it seems like I'm not getting anywhere. I'm starting to get a bit worried and frustrated. I mean, who can help me out here?
I understand that sometimes things can get a bit delayed or mixed up, but I really hope they can sort this out soon. I'm not sure if I should just wait it out or try to get a refund at this point. It's just a bit disappointing when you're looking forward to a trip and things don't go as planned.

(Booking Ref #: FSON307668) As soon as i realized that i was not going to receive my ticket and i needed to find one somewhere else i asked for a refund of $286.53, for which i paid for the ticket. This was a total waste of time and i am still waiting for my refund.

I purchased flights through new travel trip for my wife and my son on Jul 28 2021 for $681. The flights are due Aug 14 2021. On purchase I received a email saying that the company would forward the confirmation number and etickets in the next 48 hrs. I did not receive such an email, so I emailed and received automated emails telling me to wait 48 and that my issue had been expedited. I rang. The company has no hold music and seems to cut off callers after 10 mins or so. After about 20 calls I did manage to get through. I was told the situation would be rectified in 24hrs. Again the deadline was missed and I rang back. So far I have not been able to get through to anyone again after waiting for 2 hours and calling 15 times.Since the flights are in less than a week I need to have some certainty that my wife and son will be able to fly, I have asked for a full refund and rebooked with the airline at additional expense but since I can't reach the company I have zero faith in that.

They charged my credit card on 7/31 in the amount of $729.60 and send a confirming email; attached. I made several calls requested my booked ticket and was told I would receive it before my flight. On 9/8 I had to rebook the flight with American Airlines who informed me the NewTravelTrip booked it then cancelled it. They never credited my account. Numerous phone calls later I still have not received a credit to my visa for the $729.60 fraudulently charged to my account. Ref # *** (booking number)

After an hour of hold time my reservation was "cancelled" and I was emailed a confirmation of cancelation with no fees on 2 billing cycles. 4 months later after disputing with bank New Travel lied to my bank and said I didn't cancel the reservation and I didn't show up for the flight all the while telling me that they issued a refund and the bank sent it back. They gave 2 different issue dates July 13 and Aug 28 2021. They stole $772.15 and got away with it. I have the email proof they promised a refund. I submitted bank statements showing they didn't issue said refund and they won't respond. They are lying to my bank and me.

I cancelled an airline reservation on March 21 and they have repeatedly given me the runaround, twice replying that they have issued it but I have yet to receive it. I have supplied you with the needed statement that says they will refund my money with no cancellation fee. I have called and written numerous time to no avail. My most recent email was not even answered. I want them to honor their duty for recompense on this transaction.

Concerned about a timely refund, the consumer canceled the same day. Attempts to contact the company for a refund were made, with assurances given but no credit issued. Interest is accruing on the mother's credit card. Despite emails promising a refund and requesting patience, the company has neither responded nor refunded as of June 25.
