Travango (travango.me) is, without a doubt, the most deceitful company in the travel industry. I strongly advise against booking any trips with them. Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of having my trip canceled due to the dreaded Corona situation. To my dismay, Travango refused to refund the hard-earned money I had paid them.

When I mustered up the courage to inquire about the refund, the agent I spoke to displayed an astonishing level of rudeness. They not only refused to assist me but also resorted to shouting at me. It was, without a doubt, the worst encounter I have ever had with a travel agency.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to steer clear of Travango. Their unethical practices and abysmal customer service are simply unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable travel agency that values its customers and their hard-earned money.

Travango tourism and Travel company ain't worth a penny, mate. Don't even think about snagging anything from 'em, even if they're offering it for free. The blokes working there are a bunch of bullies who won't give you a lick of what they promise.

As a customer, you'll find yourself on your knees, beggin' 'em to deliver what you paid a fortune for. Trust me, steer clear of this dodgy and downright nasty company.

I booked 2 tickets on the 2nd of May 2019 through the Travango website. I was going from Manchester to Bombay and the cost was 585 GBP. The website I used was https://www.travango.co.uk/. Unfortunately, the Jet Airways flight got cancelled and I still haven't received my refund. It's quite frustrating because my friends who booked through a different travel agency already got their money back. I've been trying to reach out to Travango, but they haven't responded to me at all. It's really disappointing to see their lack of care and empathy towards their customers.

I was all set to go on a fantastic trip to Florida with my family. We were super excited to experience the magic of Disney. But then, darn it, the coronavirus came along and messed everything up. The UK and USA travel advice said we couldn't go to the good ol' US of A. Bummer, right?

So, I did what any normal person would do. I asked for a refund on our flights, which cost a whopping ?3500. But guess what? They said I could only get a credit note. Seriously? I can't even get a response now. I have no idea what's going on. It feels like I've been straight-up robbed of ?3.5k. Not cool, man. Not cool at all.

I'm so frustrated right now that I'm considering taking legal action to get my hard-earned money back. I mean, come on, it's not fair to leave me hanging like this. I just want what's rightfully mine, you know?

Anyway, I hope this all gets sorted out soon. I really do. It's been a real headache dealing with this whole situation. I just want to go on my dream holiday and make some magical memories with my family. Is that too much to ask?

This company, Travango, is absolutely terrible, so be careful! They constantly lie, lie, lie! They tell you one thing and then take it back. Just recently, I spoke with JAL, and they assured me that I am entitled to a full refund. However, Travango is now saying that I need to personally obtain an email from JAL. Can you believe that?

I received a call from Travango, claiming that they have received the email and have requested my full refund. But guess what? Just an hour later, they called me again, saying that they are still waiting for me to get the email. Can you believe the audacity of these people? They are a complete bunch of liars and an extremely fraudulent company.

I am not going to let them get away with this. I will be taking this matter to arbitration to retrieve what is rightfully mine. It's important for everyone to be warned about Travango. Don't fall into their trap!

This company, Travango, is absolutely fraudulent. I made the mistake of purchasing a Turkish airline ticket from them, and to my dismay, my return flight got canceled due to some newfangled regulations in the UK.

Now, here's the kicker: Travango didn't bother to inform me about this cancellation. Can you believe it? So, there I was, embarking on a grueling 7-hour road trip to the airport, only to find out that my flight had been axed.

Naturally, I had no choice but to make my way back home using a different airline. But guess what? When I contacted Turkish air, they informed me that I was entitled to a full refund for my return ticket. However, Travango, those sneaky scoundrels, have been doing everything in their power to snatch away my hard-earned refund.

To add insult to injury, I was informed shortly after that the person in charge of handling my case no longer works for Travango. Can you believe the audacity? It's clear as day that these folks cannot be trusted. They are nothing but a bunch of conniving fraudsters.

Now, I find myself in a rather unfortunate predicament. I have no choice but to take legal action in order to reclaim the refund that is rightfully mine. It's truly disheartening that I have to go through all this trouble just to get what I deserve.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against dealing with Travango. They are deceitful, untrustworthy, and have caused me nothing but headaches. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable company to book your travel arrangements with.

I gotta tell ya, stay away from this company, seriously. Just got back from a charity trip to The Gambia with my brother-in-law, and we made a booking for a twin room through Travango. The booking clearly stated, "Two Beds, Please provide twin room only." But guess what? When we arrived, the hotel they booked us into didn't even have twin rooms. Can you believe it?

To make matters worse, the hotel manager showed me some back-and-forth emails between him and the booking company. He straight up told them, "Twin room/twin beds do not exist at Calabash. You're messing up your potential clients." And you know what the agents replied? They said, "Sorry, but this has nothing to do with the room type. It's just a remark made by clients." Can you believe their audacity?

So, they wanted us to pay extra for two rooms. But here's the kicker, they expected us to cover the difference ourselves. Can you imagine? We refused, of course. They promised to call us back in 5 to 10 minutes. But guess what? The call never came. We were left stranded outside on the street in The Gambia at 8.30pm, with all our luggage, waiting for a call that never happened.

We had no choice but to find another hotel and pay for it out of our own pockets. And you know what's even worse? Travango is flat out refusing to reimburse us for the cost. Can you believe the nerve of these people? They won't even give us a refund for the room we didn't even get, even though the hotel itself hasn't been paid for that room.

I'm telling you, stay away from these scum bags. Don't let yourself end up in the same mess we did.

This organization, Travango, deserves a negative rating of -10 stars, if that were possible. We made a booking for three travelers in September 2019 and paid over $10K CAD. Unfortunately, the pandemic struck, and we patiently tried to rebook our travel multiple times due to travel restrictions. Finally, on February 3, 2021, after months of requesting a refund, they agreed to provide a full refund.

However, they proceeded to stall in various ways, claiming that they were "chasing accounts" (who even is accounts?!) to retrieve our money. They informed us that they had requested a refund from Air Canada on May 24, 2021, but we have confirmation that Air Canada refunded them on April 6, 2020. Instead of refunding our original payment made with Visa, they insisted on obtaining our SWIFT banking information for payment.

Time passed, and it is now February 28, 2022 (after involving a lawyer), when the lawyer Anita Hoxha from Citrus Holidays Legal assured us that a refund would be issued. However, here we are on October 28, 2022, three years after booking our travel and 20 months after being promised a refund, with nothing to show for it. They do not provide any phone numbers, and no one bothers to return our calls or respond to our emails.

These individuals are nothing but liars who have essentially stolen our funds. We have confirmation that Air Canada refunded them for our tickets, yet they have not refunded us. We never had the opportunity to travel to Ecuador, and we strongly advise against giving a single dime of your money to this company or their parent company, Benz Travel. It is absolutely crucial that you DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS ORGANIZATION.
