I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Tennis Tours. I forked over a bunch of dough for tickets to the 2020 US Open, only to have the whole thing cancelled 'cause of COVID. They finally offered me a refund, but only as a last resort and with a big ol' service fee taken out. And get this, they said it would take "30 - 60 days" after the tournament would have happened to get my money back. Well, it's been way longer than that and I still ain't seen a dime. I've tried emailing 'em, but haven't gotten any response. Not cool, Tennis Tours. Not cool at all.

I bought tickets for the Nitto ATP Finals in London for two full days, but unfortunately, I only received tickets for the afternoon session. My daughter and I traveled all the way from Germany to England for this event, so we were quite disappointed. I purchased the tickets from tennistours.com, but I don't think I'll be using their services again in the future. This was my first and last time buying tickets from this seller.

To make matters worse, I was given some ridiculous excuses, such as the market crashing and tickets being sold at the gate for only $30. I mean, seriously? This was the US Open men's finale, with a completely full stadium, and they were trying to feed me this kind of nonsense? I paid $450 for my ticket, and I got absolutely nothing in return.

As someone from Slovakia, I would strongly advise others to avoid Tennis Tours. Their customer service is terrible, and they clearly have no regard for their customers' needs or concerns. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy ticket provider, look elsewhere.

This place, Tennis Tours, is a total rip-off. I mean, seriously, it's not even a real business. If you're thinking about using them, do yourself a favor and do some research first. Trust me, you'll be sorry if you don't.

Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. And get this, they charge you hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars more than you should be paying. I bought tickets for the US Open '16 eight months in advance and I still overpaid by $200. And that's just for the nosebleed seats! I can't even imagine how much they charge for the lower bowl seats.

When I tried to talk to someone at CTT about my issue, the President, Mike Bernstein, just laughed at me. Can you believe that? He didn't even try to help me out. He just said "sorry, better luck next time." What a joke.

And if that's not bad enough, they just lost their BBB accreditation on 8/18/16 for doing the same thing to other people. So, yeah, avoid this place like the plague.

All the tickets were from Ticket Master, which is customary. However, I was disappointed with the seating arrangements. My H section seats were up to the very top, and my Q section was also not up to my expectations. I had paid a good amount of money for the tickets and expected better seating arrangements.

Despite the issues I faced with Tennis Tours, I did enjoy the event. While I was there, I met a Miami Open contact who helped me book tickets for the 2023 event. I cannot recommend Tennis Tours for this event, and after reading other reviews, I will be looking for other options when I attend tennis events in the future.

I recently purchased tickets for the 2022 Madrid Open finals from Tennis Tours (tennistours.com). I opted for Cat 1 tickets, but to my dismay, the price on the tickets was for "After Work" sessions, which are not available for the finals. I was charged for Cat 1 tickets, which was not surprising, but what was surprising was the lack of assistance I received from CTT when I brought up the issue. They kept giving me the "run around" and avoided addressing the issue directly. They kept telling me that there was no problem and that everything was good to go, but that was not the case.

I would advise anyone looking to purchase tickets for an event to use the official event site or the event sanctioned reseller. I have asked for a refund, but I am not holding out hope. My concern is that although the tickets show Cat 1, the price on the ticket stub is for the "After Work" category, which I believe is for evening sessions Monday through Friday. Obviously, there are no evening sessions for the final day sessions. The official site shows 313 euros for Cat 1 final sessions. If these are official tickets from the event, why are they showing the wrong price?

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with Tennis Tours. I expected better customer service and more transparency when it comes to ticket pricing. I hope that they can rectify this issue and improve their services in the future.

We recently bought tickets to the Mutua Madrid Open through Tennistours.com and boy, were we disappointed! We paid a hefty premium for what we thought were good seats, only to find out that our seats were located at the very back corner of the stadium. We were so far away from the action that we might as well have been watching the match on TV. To give you an idea of how bad the seats were, one ticket was priced at EUR8, but we were charged a whopping USD95 for it! We felt like we were robbed.

We reached out to Mike, the person in charge of Tennistours.com, to express our disappointment. We told him that we don't mind paying extra for good seats, but we felt like we were taken advantage of by paying almost three times the price for a poorly placed seat. We wanted to warn others not to use Tennistours.com because of our bad experience.

To our surprise, Mike's response was less than satisfactory. He simply told us that we agreed to their site's terms and conditions and that we received what we paid for. However, we were never given the opportunity to choose our seats, which was a major letdown.
