During a difficult situation they were the worst to get a hold of and get any updates. I felt they they made it so difficult , had to request it at least 5 times and everytime they found a reason to not provide me with my withdrawl and then once they did, I had request a direct deposit and then ended up mailing the check which was during a holiday weekend so I sat home waiting for the fed ex truck. It was one problem after another. I would not recommend doing any 401 or Roth with them Transamerica- just terrible . I learned a very valuable lesson its is your money until you try to withdrawl it.
They request medical bills and statement which I was very unhappy about since I thought that it broke my HIPPA Rights. Then they wanted to see tax papers and no where in they requested documentation does it say that. It was one of the worst experience I had during an already terrible / difficult situation.
