TradeKey

The company hides registered name and location behind Domains by Proxy, Inc in Arizona so it is hard where thy are located. They are the company specializing in connecting buyers with sellers. Offering "trusted" suppliers based on their level of membership. Good one! After placing the complains, Tradekey does nothing to remove fraudulant members as they collect money for membership. they are FRAUDSTERS themselvs. Harboring criminals is as criminal as crime itself! Crime facilitation! Do not trust this company as so far 100% of my dealings with them were very dissapointing and definitely do not trust their opinion on their own members. Please not that you can complain until blue on your face and only response youll get will be that there is not enough evidence (after submitting emails and bank draft copies and voice recording and countless e-mails... you get the picture)
Do not deal with this company as your personal information is also not secure and compromised!

I have been approached by the individual calling himself joky zhang from hong kong jianjian trade co., ltd after posting my buyers note on tradekey.com (Fraud too!) offering a great deal on phones that I was after. He approached me as a gold member of tradekey.com which aparently is something special! We agreed to getting a sample first. Considering that I am just about to loose a large contract as now I am chasing after dishonest people that screwed out of my hard earned money, he completely destroyed my faith in doing any business with china. Unfortunatelly I did not do my proper homework prior to my dealings believing that would not be the case especially that I want thousands of phones! I also naively thought my personal information was protected by an organization I thought was a good one (Tradekey.com not!) and this happened. Please do not deal with him. The company is non existant and fraud. Do not deal with anyone contacting you through tradekey.com as they are too full of s... T. Tradekey.com is not protecting you and not even confirming information about their members. Plus they hide their registered website information behing some servers. Honest business does not hide! Keep that in mind. Just do whois search first. I have been taken by every single company that was contacting me through tradekey.com therefore I believe this corporation harbours criminals and fraudsters. Also same format of trading site exists somewhere in arabic country. Please be careful and do not deal with those two corporation. More names of not to's will be provided soon. Do not believe in cheap and original phones especially iphones and blackberrys. People who claim they can deliver them are fraud! I learned hard way so please learn from my example. It'll save you time and money.

I bought some handbags from a trade key member by the name of goldkeyhk.com who had over 3000 trust points and was a gold member. My first order was ok. My 2nd order I sent back because customs opened it and said i needed to pay an additonal $325.00. I refused it and the company resent the order in 2 smaller boxes. I received those boxes, but one of the purses had a stain on it. When I contacted Sunny Sunny, she said for me to send the purse back and then she would re-send me another one. I told her I was not going to pay to re-ship it and even worse than that, it was not the purse I ordered. She stopped answering my emails. After about a month, I was emailed from someone else in that company. She said she would fix the problem if I would order again. I told her what price I paid for the handbags $20.00 each and she said that she could not offer me that price but would offer me the price of $27.00 plus a free wallet. Since I use Paypal I knew my transaction was secure and the merchandize was high quality. I ordered again from YuLin and told her to put my order in small boxes so it would fly thru customs. Calif only allows 4kg where NY allows 6.7 kg, well my order was inspected by customs again and a few items were missing. I thought the company forgot to put them in. when I inquired about the missing items, they told me I was not trust worthy and they didn't want to deal with me anymore. I told them my customers had already paid for the items and now I will have to either give money back or buy the items again. After contacting Tradekey about the issue, they told me to go on the company's website and rate them and report the fraud. When I went to their site, they don't have any way to rate them nor do they offer any refund policy when you click on refunds. I emailed Tradekey again and was told if I go to the website that shows them as a customer with Tradekey, I would find the fraud site. I still couldn't find them. Finally, I figured out how I could rate them. I went on Tradekey and requested some purses. I got offers from multiple companies where I could click on their standing with Tradekey and it would take me to the site to rate the company, but I didn't get any offers from goldkeyhk for me to rate them. So, I found this fraud site and thought I would blow my steam here. If someone knows a way to rate goldkeyhk.com on Tradekey, please let me know. Goldkeyhk has blocked my email address.

Was contacted by Euro Exports from [protected]@hotmail.com re purchasing ongoing shipments of ipods/iphones etc. Was provided with photos and serial no's. Placed order of over $1500aud, never received items, I complained via email and was finally sent 6 ipods not genuine but cheap chinese copies with no memory or function just a case.

Complained to TradeKey.com was told too bad try someone else. They wouldn't even pass on my complaint to the 'actual' company to advise them.
