Total Home Roofing review: New roof install

We contracted TMR to install a new roof on our home March 22, 2022. At that time, we were told the job would take 4/5 months to complete. The job did not get completed till July 2023.

We were promised many times that the job would be done, workers would be on site. They never showed up or called. Customer service and respect are non existent. We moved travel plans around their schedule. That schedule never happened. We wasted time and money to work around them and there promises.

The property was a complete mess during the job as they simply do not care about your property leaving tar, nails, garbage all over the site, water bottles left in the gutter. Building materials sat in the driveway and lawn for 4 months prior to starting. The job was done by 4/5 different crews.

Once complete, in July 2023, we hired an engineer to inspect the job. There were many deficiencies. Also, there was some property damage caused by the workers. We sent a list of problems and damages. We never received a response. They made no attempt to resolve the matter. Instead, they sent the file out to a collection agency. We have tired to contact someone at THR but now no one wants to discuss it, as it is now in collections. Our roof has problems that need to be resolved, our super gutter is damaged, our driveway is cracked and sealant removed as result of tar removal, our electrical plug is broken, to list some of the problems.

No one at the company wants to resolve the issues, we have been bounced around from person to person. When you do talk to someone a return call is never made. This has been the worse experience we have ever had with a contractor and strongly advise that you don't deal with them.

Completely ignorant to ignore issues and rather send the account to collections.
