In May 2021 I contracted Total Home Roofing to redo my roof. The job started in July 2021 and failed inspection. In January 2022 they "repaired" the item on the failed inspection. I don't know who did the final inspection, but as of September 2022 I have major leaking issues.

I have contacted Total Home Roofing by phone and email. They sent out a guy who confirmed that the wrong size ridge cap is on the roof... and then total silence from the company. To keep a record, I'm only contacting them by email. They have not answered a single email.

I have to hire a new roofer to fix the botched job that Total Home Roofing has done.

Desired outcome: Refund the repair that I have the new roofer do and the damages that the leaky roof has caused.
