Total Credit Recovery review: Worst supervisor I’ve ever dealt with

Mohammed Raja is easily one of the worst supervisors I’ve ever had to deal with. Rude, dismissive, arrogant, and completely lacking basic professionalism. Talking to him was honestly exhausting. Instead of trying to help or even communicate like a normal person, he made the whole situation more frustrating than it needed to be. For someone in a supervisor position, the attitude was shocking.
If this is the level of customer service Total Credit Recovery considers acceptable, that says a lot about the company. I would never want to deal with him again. Terrible experience from start to finish. Maybe try having better hiring standards!
