Hi there I have emails you several times about a password reset for account [protected]@yahoo.com as well as [protected]@yahoo.com for both of your sites ruby and tophatter. They always send me password resets that don't work or they send it to the wrong email. I'm getting very frustrated as well as my daughter. Please have a supervisor or someone of better quality respond to my emails from now on thank you

my name Daniel kawa and i won the bid on this item, received item via fedex tracking #[protected], when received the top of the box was open and the ink cartridges were missing. i tryed following your instruction but as i don't have a printer i was unable to print the return fedex label. the shipping info on the fedex dosen't match, phone number no one answers so i filed a claim with fedex and they want a letter from the shipper a written and signed authorization by the shipper waving their rights to purse a claim. i need your help, either send me a return fedex sticker, get me the letter from the shipper for fedex or just give me back my money. fedex gave me a telephone number for the shipper and it was different than the one on the fedex shipping label, i tryed both numbers no answers no messages availble, is this a scam, , , , i have purchased a lot of item from Tophatter, i tryed calling your customer service number and the response was, , , your number was not on line at this time, what going on

Order#[protected], I was having problems with my account, I had cancelled one account under email:
[protected]@gmail.com and thought I merged them together with account under email: [protected]@gmail.com. well I must of cancelled both accounts I need to cancel that order and have my PayPal account credited. Also.please try and reinstate the account under : [protected]@gmail.com.

I got a black watch several weeks ago thou a bidding. I misplaced the paper work but the company is in Pio Alto Ca. The watch was working fine, now it will not take a charge. I had it looked at a Verizon & a AT&T service center, was told the watch is not taking a charge and it also is of very poor quality.

I used my debit card to purchase a printer, a ring that has three stones that were blue and a red watch. Someone hacked my account and other things came to my address, including some packages that my contractor found on the side of my house. I have sent these back by writing, "return to sender". I'm in the middle of a home remodel, inside and out, and was unaware that someone was ordering these items with my card. One came a few weeks ago and it was two watches with skulls on the front, also sent back. Because of so much money coming out of my account with materials and labor, I was unaware this was going on with my account my account. I have blocked my card with my bank. Please, refund my money back into my account or I will go ahead and file with the BBB. My computer crashed and had to have a new hard drive placed it in back in July from hackers.

Top Hatter kicked me off because I returned 5 items out of 133 items that I bought, when I cancelled the items, nothing was ever shipped out.

I would like to be a customer again, don't know how to go about getting back on line. Even though they want 350 words, don't know what else to say, except some of the stuff I bought, I love, some I bought fell apart, the prices are good

I have refused these items meaning I didnt get tgem.. they were returned and the response I received from the customer service personnel was I didn't return them in 7 days.. I have no understanding on how a item can be returned in 7 days but they give the seller 40 days to send a item. I'm so confused and so done with this scam.. I just want my refund! You lost a good customer!

Well, I used to order from them several times and none of them was good enough. Every time there was something wrong.
The quality is always poor, so the price is low. Moreover, not all of the items arrive on time. The package delivery is often split into several parts, so within a month or two, you are going to get notifications about them arriving. That's very uncomfortable.
I'm disappointed with their service and guess I'm done.

I purchased a ring in a size 6 company sent me a ring size 11. How the heck am I supposed to wear that around my neck. Please let me know what I need to do to get this corrected before I verbally blast their company and yours across the internet. I realize there are errors made I could see if they sent me a 9 instead but this is ridiculous. I would like to refund or exchange

Not really a complaint but can’t find answer anywhere else. I just joined Tophatter tonight and got a message in my inbox that gave me a 10.00 credit. Thought I excepted it but the 10.00 isn’t in my wallet. So was wondering if anyway to get that message back or if you could put the 10.00 in my wallet..I am enjoying Tophatter and have won one auction..Thank you for your time

I am a valued customer buyer of many tophatter items. I got a new I pad yesterday, a lot better then old one. When I try and log in, I forgot my password and press reset. You say you will send me a new password. But nothing comes. So I can't shop! Susan Lane

Their goods are from Chinese manufacturers who use cheap labor and cheap materials. No quality at all. All of their products are crap that can be thrown away like garbage.
Their customer service is absolutely the same. Slow shipping, slow delivery, rude and ignorant employees.
Never will I deal with them again. Very bad and disappointing experience.
I highly don't recommend doing business with them. Waste of money.

This is the message I have been trying to send Tophatter customer service without success. Also uploaded pics also disappear when the "send" button is hit
I want a refund but I get a message saying it not eligible. (See screen shot)
It arrived today even though it says still in transit. After removing the flimsy outer plastic bag in which it was shipped I found the box partially crushed (see pics)
The item is NOT as described. There is NO on/off switch for standby mode, nor a second switch on the side for whatever reason it's there. (See pics of cam on box and same view of actual camera.)
I can't follow the instructions (see pic) with these buttons missing. All the buttons in the instructions are numbered and don't correspond with the camera. I'm very disappointed that I would be sent a different model, or a previous return as the plastic bag which held the camera looks used (see pic)
Without standby the cam would be running the whole time it's plugged in, and I take it that's the only way to switch on or off. The memory card would fill up in no time.
So what do I do if there is no return available. ? Can I get a refund?

I bought a dozen(12) Canon printers that have printed outside that the ink was included...To my dismay the ink is not inside.
I have resold 4 of the units and they are all upset with me and i want to know what you can do to fix this problem

I have also bought another bunch of newer model printers Model 3022 which do not have the promise of included ink but they are the wireless type.
Please contact me as soon as possible so I can in turn contact my customers as to what can be done. I am surely in the middle of a bad relationship since i have in good faith told my cusumers it is a really good deal and turned out to be not good at all.

and according to last person that responded it was left a front door, I live in a apartment complex and no one seen package, I have made other purchases and they have all been left outside at front door without a proof of signature required or any security of receipt, I believe that such delivery method is inappropriate and should be corrected I am asking for item replacement or reimbursement.

Janie Canales sent off an item that had no charger and programs on the Mac apple laptop that was out of date. She returned it on August 17th to the sender it came from please look in to it . Janie Canales email is [protected]@gmail.com . I Maria Vigil am helping her with this and I personally took her to post office to send it before the ending date to return it . Paid 30.00 to send it. Look at receipt on emails. She is going to bank to report this to get her refund back. .also there was a letter she wrote and put in under the tag where she mailed it to them on the box. Hello, I am Alfreda "Corkey" Wilson, I do not have an account with this company, although my son William McArthur and his girlfriend Luann Gamble have opened an account with this company and they have stole my banking account information and 1400.00 has been spent with your company. I am not sure what needs to happen but I have notified my bank and I am disputing all charges. I won the auction for the Nintendo retro gaming system. I paid with my paypal account and entered all my info. I was keeping track of all of my shipments and it said that this one was already delivered. I NEVER received it. It was shipped to someone on California. I'm in Pennsylvania. How in the hell did someone else get my product? I will never use this site again!
