I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with TopHairWigs. I shelled out over a hundred bucks for a wig and had to wait a whole two months for it to arrive. When it finally did, it came in a plain box with no paperwork and honestly looked like roadkill. The quality was super poor and definitely not worth the money I spent. I was really hoping to get a refund, especially since their website says it's possible, but they straight up refused. Not cool, man. To top it all off, I did some digging and found out that this company is based in China and I'm not even sure if they're registered. So yeah, I definitely wouldn't recommend using TopHairWigs.

Firstly, the wig I received was not made of human hair as I had ordered. Instead, it was made of synthetic material and the quality was very poor. I paid ?112 for this wig, which is a lot of money for something that is not even what I ordered. When I contacted TopHairWigs to express my disappointment, they tried to sell me other wigs that were even more expensive.

When I insisted on a refund, they offered me a measly ?10 and claimed that the wig was hand-made, which was supposed to justify the poor quality. This was a complete joke and I would not recommend anyone to purchase from TopHairWigs. Their products are not what they claim to be and their customer service is terrible. Save your money and look elsewhere for a better quality wig.

This website, Tophairwigs, is a complete scam! I can't believe I fell for it. I thought I was safe using Paypal, but they didn't protect me at all. The reviews I read were all true. I did some research and found out that Tophairwigs, Urhair, and ***@gmail.com are all connected. But there are no addresses or telephone numbers listed anywhere on the website. That should have been a red flag for me.

I strongly advise against using this website. They will take your money and leave you with a terrible product. And even though they are clearly in breach of The Consumers Rights Act 2015, Paypal did not protect me. I'm now following the advice of Which and seeking help from the Financial Ombudsman Service.

In the future, I will only buy wigs from my usual honest retailer who has a telephone and a UK address. It's just not worth the risk to save a few pounds.
