Tobacco company review: I found hair in side my pouch of tobacco

I opened the pouch to make a smoke and found a very long hair tangled up in the tabbaco this is the second time this year it has happened to me the first time I didn't repot a complaint the second time I had to that is wrong to find hair inside a brand new pouch I hope it never happens again to me or any one else I can send in the tabbaco with the hair in it to u guys as proof
