Titanium Ford

I took my work van to Titanium Ford in Surrey on 152nd street because the wipers were randomly going off and the windows were opening and closing on their own, even though it hadn't rained in almost a month. After the van was serviced, it had even more problems. The radio scanner would randomly turn on, the windows would only partially open or close, and the interior lights would turn on without reason. The daytime running lights would also turn on or off at random. When I brought this to the attention of the dealership, they claimed it was normal. However, I have videos and pictures to prove otherwise.

To make matters worse, an unknown chemical was coming from the heating vents and making me sick. The dealership claimed it was because of a Gerry can I had placed in the van, but it was brand new and empty. They also claimed the van smelled like an ambulance, but I don't use any sterilizing chemicals in the van. I carry safety equipment, but no germicides, ammonia, or bleach products. The van is occasionally wiped down with *** and rinsed.

On October 15th, I was driving in downtown Vancouver when the unknown chemical caused me to become sick and almost vomit. I also experienced a strong concentrated radio frequency that hit my frontal lobe, causing me to become extremely drowsy and almost fall asleep at the wheel. I had a severe headache that lasted more than 12 hours, and a burning sensation on top of my head. I could have gotten into an accident and hurt someone or myself.

Since then, I have experienced dizziness, ringing in my ears, and nausea and vomiting. On October 21st and 22nd, the radio frequency caused me to almost fall asleep at the wheel again. The ringing in my ears and dizziness have not gone away, and I continue to have severe headaches. The van also continues to have problems every time it comes out of the dealership, even though my colleague and I have taken videos to prove it.

Overall, I would not recommend Titanium Ford in Surrey. The service was poor, and the van has only gotten worse since being serviced. The dealership's claims about the unknown chemical and the van smelling like an ambulance are unfounded, and the radio frequency is a serious safety concern.
