i am highly dissapointed with your company. iam regular customer of your company and facing this problem 3rd time. i have purchased the diamond ring from tanishq showroom at Hazarat ganj lucknow, product code: 500520FIALAA02, Invoice number: LUT/CM/5973 on 30/08/2010. i have hardly wear it for 2 mths and it has its diamond missing. it is happening for the 3rd time with tanishq product .previously also i have bought the ring which was replaced because of manufacturing defect.This not expected from a renowned company and i have completely lost the the faith in your company. ihave submitted the product in the same showroom to send back it to the company and do needful things without further charges.

i purchased diamond embedded bangles from Velachery, Chennai Tanishq showroom.Three small embedded diamonds fell off from a single bangle during normal use in less than a year and that too used only occasionally during functions(three times).When shown to the showroom/sales, they said it is customer fault.It may be noted that the small diamonds have fallen from different parts of the bangle and not due to any hit or damage. In Spite of repeated appeals they refused to replace.They said for replacement we have to pay again making charges of 20%.How come a defective workmanship is transferred as a penalty on the customer.During purchase the sales people are very polite, but when during complaint they become very rude and evasive.People should avoid purchases from Tanishq jewelry show rooms and opt for the more flexible local jewelry shops
