Tire Kingdom review: Warranty not honored

On Friday, September 11 at approximately 12 PM, I entered the Wesley Chapel tire Kingdom to receive assistance from an associate named Justin. He absolutely refused from the start to assist me with getting a warranty claim on the tire that was purchased from Tire Kingdom. It was purchased at another location in lutz Florida. And the store manager there advised me to have that stored simply call him. Justin refused said he didn’t have time to do that that he was not going to help me with it in a very condescending and cocky attitude. I called on the phone trying to get a hold of the other store manager to get a hold of paperwork as the store here in Wesley Chapel refused to assist me without paperwork. I will never go back to this location. They allow cocky unfit associates to run that store who do not give a care at all about the customer only about themselves. I will be getting the paperwork and taking my business elsewhere.
