Good Afternoon.

I'm highly disappointed with your product! As it's my 2 year old favorite chocolate.

Please see picture below! As there was only 6 toys in the chocolate!

I purchased original jungle oats at Shoprite during the 50 percent special. I made my purchase on the 17th of June 2022. 2x 1kgs

This morning when I cooked my oats , noticed black little things while cooking .. looks like little ants

But to my Suprise when I look at the raw oats I can’t see a thing.

When I pour the oats in water , those black ants are visible.

This is from one box that I emptied. I have been buying jungle oats for the longest time but this is my first time I ever come across such .

I had to throw away all that cooked oats..

I'm so disappointed it is my second time now buying testic rice and it got warms on it, today around 4pm I was cooking for my family and after

we eat our food while I'm taking my 3rd spool I see warms on my rice laying around my family was vomiting seeing those warms.. I'm so disappointed, I bought the rice at Secunda Mall Checkers on the 24th of May 2022, neva again buy your brands and I will put this on social media to warn others I love testic but never again.. On 2nd June I opened a2 kg tastic rice and it was full of maggots it was packed on the 19/01/2022 and BB 19/01/2023. It is suppose to be the best rice on the market. I am very discussed.

I bought 10 kg tastic rice at spar 3months ago and I found worms inside and I threw it, thinking it might be a mistake. Last week I bought 5kg tastic rice and I found worms again on that rice, please can you help us what to do or tastic is no longer a good brand to eat. Are we not supposed to buy tastic again? It's a big loss for me cause I couldn't even claim my refund. Please help us about this worms issue cause it's not healthy at all.

Bought 3 bags of rice last week Thursday from Pick a Pay welkom. It was on special. On Sundag when I open bag no1 I found worms inside, when I rinse the rice it appers te become more worm, so I opened bag no 2 and also found worm, bag no 3 also worm. I was disgusted and it ruined my whole Sunday dinner. I only buy tastic, and will not buy it any more. Its disgusting for the price we pay.

Mu family and I just use tastic in our home. The tastic 3 kg rice was on special at pick and pay mini marker. I bought the above mentioned product from pick and pay minimarket songloed klerksdorp 2 x 2 kg rice. When opening the bag I found worms in it as well as larwe. I took photos of it also. I am very disappointed in your product. I acctually phoned one of the managers and he told me that there was a few complaint already about the same product. I bought it on wednesday the 23 February 2022. Man 20-12-2021 bb 20-12-2022 barcode [protected] reg. No 1972/006590/06. I really dont know what else I must tell you or what information is missing. There was worms in the product and larwe thay is my complaint please spicy what else you need to resolve the complain were are you quality control on your products

Purchased a 400gr of Jungle muesli tropical fruit which is supposed to have 51% jungle oats and 27% fruit and nuts

Muesli is a real treat for me but I was so disappointed with the product as the packet was filled with cornflakes no oats fruit or nuts

I bought these slim bars at Checkers in Wonderpark two weeks ago.

The best before date is 25.09.2022 yet when I opened it there was a bug in it and the maggots were crawling around it.

Full of eggs etc.

I bought 30 bars two weeks ago and I no longer have the slip, but this is unacceptable.

Highly disgusted to find black bugs crawling in 2 newly opened packets of Spaghetti. Opened on 14/01/2022, best before date 22/09/2022. I still have 3 packs left of which 1 has the same expiry date and the other 2 BB date in 2023.

Definitely won't be purchasing this brand again as I cannot even return them as the slips have been thrown away. And will possibly not purchase any of the products that they produce. I notice I am not the only one complaining so there is definitely a health risk eating the products and to find bugs in more than one packet in the same household and batch is very concerning. Not sure who does the health and safety inspections at the factory as I am aware that only a small percentage of bugs are allowable during production in any factory, and one in my purchase alone probably would have been acceptable still. Not an entire infestation of bugs.

I recently found worms in brand new tastic rice and lodges a complaint with Tiger Brands. A week or so later I received a message with a R20.00 discount code on my next tastic rice purchase. No one addressed the worm issue at all. I have now( in the last half hour had the same experience with fattis and monis spaghetti and then with macaroni, which opened to check.
Does not seem like the companies take ownership so I will be embarking on a campaign to make this situation known

I went to the Pick n Pay in the Phoenix Plaza on Friday to return my 3 cans of Koo baked beans that could be returned as it fell under the the recalled barcode, only to be told that they couldn't accept it as they've sent their batch. . I don't want any money back just an exchange of the same product that we can EAT and enjoy. What am I supposed to do as it is well within the expiration date 2023?

Around August I've bought the above product from Spar high flats, I was shocked when my wife start cooking it only to find that it has worms. Hi I purchased a 10kg bag of Aunt Caroline Rice from Checksave supermarket in Phoenix. When I opened It I see that it has has weavels in it. It is also broken up alot. It would be highly appreciated if u could attend to this matter. Thanking you

Good Day

It is with great sadness that I am writing to you today as I logged a complaint regarding the Milky Bar competition whereby u can win cash prizes and an opportunity to meet the minions.

I purchased two of these chocolates for my boys and they were very excited as it was a new flavor with the popping candy and there was a competition to see the minions.
We were excited and I entered the code on the whatsapp number provided.

Its kept on replying that's an invalid code.
We were disappointed so I phoned the number on the back of the chocolate wrapper.
The lady was very friendly and helpful nacad sent me a reference number and another whatsapp number to log my complaint to.
I have sent trough information as requested but still have received any feedback as promised.

This started as an exciting experience where my boys stood the chance to meet they favorite cartoon characters.

I love to buy them Milky Bar as it's not as messy as normal chocolate.

Good Evening my name is Koketso. I purchased Koo Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce on the 2nd of July 2021 at my local store called Sunshine cash and carry. Today on the 24th of July the tin was expanded, it was not the normal size. I opened the baked beans tin wanting to cook and the sound was not normal and it sounded like a soccer ball when it has a slow punch. After opening the baked beans tin I then put it aside waiting for my onion to fry but then I noticed a foam coming out of the tin and the colour of the baked beans was not the normal colour like usual. The baked beans were slimy and I am not happy with my product.
