Don't sign up. It is a pain to go through. They charged >2 times the cost (even insurance may cover that) vs order online or at pharmacy. They only will ship when they they received the $, which may be very delayed.

I canceled my “account” back in December and seen they again billed my account for my kids this month. I assumed when I canceled since I added their name under mine that it would cancel out the whole thing. So I actually found a number and called them. He had to call me back which amazingly he did. Then tried to accuse me of canceling the kids memberships during the time I was waiting for them to call back and was basically threatening me saying oh well I have a feeling if I have IT look into this they are going to tell me the accounts were just deactivated 20 minutes ago. I said go ahead PLEASE have IT look into it cause I wasn’t stupid enough to think that it wouldn’t be caught if I did do so. I can’t WAIT for them to go back and see I wasn’t lying. You might eventually get your Covid test in the mail “eventually” but mine were expired with in 30 days we didn’t even get to use any of the 24 they sent. Also found out you can go right to your pharmacy and get free test. You don’t have to go threw this company.

I signed up last month and they billed my insurance but no tests received. I have reached out multiple times with only them to say tracking says it was shipped. Responded back no tracking says still waiting on the package and nothing back.

Alot of us who have been scammed by Tiero, LLC are reporting it to the Federal Trade Commission.

The FTC has a direct site to deal with this. Your complaint will be reviewed by approx. 3,000 enforcement agencies.

Looks like Insurance Fraud.

This company billed my insurance for out of state physician office visit related to Covid 19 testing for me and my wife, which we both did not even travel out of state or visited any physician during the time the claim was made. And, we have not received any test kits 10 days later. I reported this incident to my insurance, and my insurance gave me the physician phone number as [protected], Dr. SAJAD ZALZALA in Gaitherburg, Maryland. The phone number does not go through at all. Obviously it's a scam!

Last month I registered with www.Tiero.com to receive 8 free Covid-19 test kits once it’s approved by my insurance. Zalzala, Sajad Is the owner of the company. Few days later, I noticed that Tiero made 3 claims & got paid from my insurance. I contact Tiero but they didn’t tell me when it will be shipped. Why put that on their website when it’s all full of LIES! TIERO is a total FRAUD & LIAR! When I check my insurance yesterday TIERO made another 3 claims which is not right because I never received test kits last month. Don’t ever use this company. They just want to get paid & don’t even send you 8 free test kits!

I am just realizing the same scenerio happened to me also! Our insurance was billed four times (twice for myself and twice for my husband) the end of December. No kits have been received. Ugh...
