FALSE ADVERTISING. They said the venue was almost sold out and charged me ~$240 a ticket x 4 when the ballet was barely sold of tickets all less than $82. Tried to call but after entering data they said I didn't have a valid phone number to let the call through. I entered the chat line within an hour, accused them of overcharging for unsold venue and they refused to cancel my tickets. They refused saying the transaction was made with a third party immediately but didn't charge my credit card until the next day. They sent me harrassing emails to down load the tickets for days. I continued to fight with "chat", no name of a person, no address and unreachable phone number, for weeks. then they said to download the tickets in someone else's name.

I cancelled my credit card, requesting a new one from my bank, fearing they would use it elsewhere again. I filed a dispute with my credit card for false advertising, reported them to the Federal Online Fraud site. I don't believe there is a third party. I think they prey upon people who get on their website by accident looking to buy from the venue instead.

Better business has a long list of complaints from this company. Sure wonder where all the money goes.

Recommendation: AVOID THIS SITE. YOU PROBABLY WON'T FIND THE REVIEWS WHEN ORDERING. I HAD TO LOOK TO FIND THIS SITE TO PUT IN A REVIEW. BAD BUSINESS THAT RIPS OFF HARD WORKING PEOPLE

I just had a terrible experience with this site. I purchased tickets through them in February for a NY Yankee game in Washington, DC in July (I thought I was purchasing directly from the Nationals site). They charged my card immediately and said I would get the tickets transferred to me a couple of days prior to the game. Three days before the game I received an email stating the tickets were transferred with instructions on retrieving them. I followed all of the procedures and the tickets did not show anywhere.
I was in a chat for 2+ hours with them and they said they would request a retransfer from the owner. The sent an email to me about the retransfer but it included text stating that it may not be able to be retranferred by the owner. I talked to them about getting a refund if the tickets did not show up and they said they do not gove refunds on confirmed transactions. Therefore, the purchaser would have no recourse if the tickets were never received! I also determined that the price they charged on the tickets were twice the cost on the Nationals site.
Had another chat and several phone conversations 2 days before the game with no resolution. Every chat or discussion I had was handled as if I hadn't already explained the situation.
Again, one day prior to the game I taled to them with no resolution. I then called my credit card company to dispute the charge from Ticketcenter. They initiated the dispute.
Finally, less than one day before the game I received the retransferred tickets. I forwarded the tickets to my son and I thought all was done. However, several hours later I got another retransfer email and the tickets I transferred to my son disappeared. I was able to locate them and send to my son again. All in all I did not feel safe until we were admitted to the stadium.
I advise all users to avoid this site at all costs!
