Thumbtack review: Lawn service

Rad Boyz came out to mow the front lawn and backyard. Jared gave a price of $250 to trim the trees and mow both the front lawn and the back yard. My Neighbor and I agreed to pay Jared $125 each. I paid $125 and my neighbor paid $125 but she forgot to put the date on the check. Jared's wife Keona called and informed me the date on my neighbor's check was missing. they said they could not insert the date because that was called tampering and Jared needed to come back out to get the date written in by the Neighbor. Keona his wife agreed that Jared would come back today Saturday 8/26/2023 to update the check and clean up the grass debris he left on the front and back yard. I agreed to pay him $25 finish to cleaning up. Keona said there would be no charge to do that. Jared never showed up or called to say he was not coming back. I called Jared and he said he could not come back today. I informed him the work he had done was not acceptable because our HOA has a problem with the grass looking like that. He responded by saying he was not coming today and I could send the pictures to Thumbtack and my HOA. The work should have been completely satisfactory before he left and accepted the payment. He was rude and obstinate when asked to finish the job. I explained to Jared that he is welcome to work with my neighbor in the future but he cannot work for me in the future he said fine.
