I work at a machining shop and we've had a ThomasNet
I work at a machining shop and we've had a ThomasNet account for years. It's been really big for us, we get at least a few calls a week. I'm surprised to see a lot of these negative reviews, I tend to doubt there validity to be honest, especially when there are no specifics. We are listed in all of the services we offer, and we tend to get some business from them pretty consistently. I would definitely recommend it.
Good results over the years
I've utilized Thomas for my business to promote my listing on their platform, and the results were solid and have paid for themselves.
I also know first-hand others who also leverage their marketing services (website design, SEO, digital marketing, etc) and have had AMAZING results. In fact, it was their recommendations that encouraged me to jump in with ThomasNet for my own (super small) business. I don't have the marketing budget to do it right and engage Thomas for their full suite of marketing services, but if you can swing it, I'd HIGHLY highly recommend it. Their staff knows their stuff and handle everything from ebooks and blogs to video content and website redesign (which so many people need help with!).
TL: DR I've had success with them first-hand, and know others who have had stellar results.

Proceed with Caution: A Review of Thomasnet.com's Services and Sales Team
Thomasnet.com is a website that offers a variety of services to businesses. Their sales team is pretty good, but unfortunately, the results just aren't up to par. We've had some issues with the high cost of their services, and when we tried to cancel our contract due to their poor performance, they refused to let us go. It's important to be cautious when signing their contract and make sure to strike out any clauses that don't work for you. After all, they want your business, so make them earn it. If they perform well, then it's worth keeping them around. But if they don't, don't hesitate to dump them.
Disappointing Results from Thomasnet.com: A Review of Our Experience
I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about Thomasnet.com. We were really hoping for some good leads to come our way, but so far it's been a total bust. We're in the business of selling services to other businesses, and the leads we've gotten have been a complete waste of our time. We even tried to get out of our contract because of how bad it's been, but we haven't heard a peep from them.
The only thing that's been remotely helpful is some SEO tips we got from our sales rep. But other than that, it's been a total waste of time. We were really hoping for more, but it looks like we'll have to keep searching for a better solution.
Review of Thomasnet.com: A Great Tool for Engineers, but Beware of Internet Scams
Thomasnet.com is a website that has been around for quite some time now. It offers engineering services and promotes various engineering products. As an Engineer, I found this website to be a great tool about 5 years ago. However, I have noticed that the website has been taken over by internet money-making scams. This has made it difficult for me to find the information I am looking for.
I believe that Thomasnet.com needs to get back to what was working for them. They need to focus on providing genuine engineering services and products. The website should not be a place where users have to dig forever to find the information they need. This can be frustrating and time-consuming.
Despite these issues, I still believe that Thomasnet.com has the potential to be a great website. If they can address the problems with internet scams and focus on providing quality engineering services and products, they can regain their position as a frontrunner in the industry.
In conclusion, I would recommend Thomasnet.com to anyone looking for engineering services or products. However, I would caution users to be careful and vigilant when using the website. There are many scams out there, and it can be difficult to distinguish between genuine services and products and those that are not.

ThomasNet Review: Empty Promises and Unethical Practices
ThomasNet is a website that claims to offer a lot of benefits to its users, but in reality, it falls short on all of them. It's like a magician who promises to pull a rabbit out of a hat, but instead, only produces a handful of dust. They say that they can help you grow your business, but in reality, they are just a marketing company that uses smoke and mirrors to make themselves look good.
They ask for time to prove themselves, but when you give them a chance, they don't deliver. They only give you 20 days to cancel a contract, which is not enough time to see if their services are worth it. Once they get past the cancellation period, their attitude changes, and they become less helpful.
To make matters worse, one of their team members even asked me to provide a fake invoice for an upgrade on my account so that he could get a bonus. This is not only unethical but also illegal.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone who is considering using ThomasNet to stay clear of them. They are not a trustworthy company, and their promises are nothing but empty words. If you want to grow your business, there are better options out there. Don't waste your time and money on ThomasNet.
Outdated and Overpriced: Why Thomasnet.com is Not Worth Your Time or Money
Thomasnet.com is an outdated website that was useful in the pre-internet era. However, now it's as historic as Blockbuster when Netflix and Hulu are around. I wouldn't recommend using this website as there are better alternatives available. Instead, you can spend your money more appropriately by using Google AdWords or web optimization. If you check Google Trends, you'll see how much this website has fallen off. Even my parents used this website back in the day. It's time to get hip and avoid Thomasnet.com. There are way better alternatives available for fractions of the price. I'm sure some sales rep will try to dismiss my claim, but these are just straight facts.
Unreliable and Unethical: Our Experience with Thomasnet.com
Thomasnet.com is an okay website, but as a company, they have a tendency to take advantage of their advertisers. We had to deal with a sales rep who was struggling with drug addiction and ended up ripping us off. The billing was also inaccurate, which caused us a lot of headaches. When we refused to pay for the rip-off, we were hit with a lawsuit. The attorneys representing Thomasnet.com were greedy and managed to trick the courts into awarding them four times what we actually owed. To make matters worse, they refused to pay us back when they failed to deliver on their promises.
The number of leads we received from advertising on Thomasnet.com was tiny, and their responsiveness was a joke. They also refused to provide us with any accounting statements, which we found to be criminal. We recommend that you save your money and advertise on Global Source or Google instead. You'll get more bang for your buck and won't have to deal with the shady practices of Thomasnet.com.
Thomasnet.com Review: A Nightmare Contract That Won't Let Go
When you sign up for Thomasnet.com, be prepared to commit for the long haul. There's no turning back once you've signed on the dotted line. And if you think you can just cancel your contract and walk away, think again. They won't let you out of their grasp that easily. It's like they have you in a headlock and won't let go until they've squeezed every last penny out of you.
The tools they offer are nothing to write home about either. They're pretty much on par with what you can get from Google Analytics. So, if you're expecting some kind of magic bullet that will transform your business overnight, you're going to be sorely disappointed.
As for sales leads, don't hold your breath. I didn't get a single one from them. It's like they're just taking your money and running. And if you try to get out of your contract, they'll start ignoring you. No more monthly phone calls or emails. They'll just pretend you don't exist.
I've been stuck with them for nine months now, and it's been a nightmare. They've been "hating me" ever since I tried to cancel my contract. It's like they're punishing me for trying to leave. And the worst part is, I can't do anything about it. I'm stuck with them until my contract runs out.
I've included a partial screenshot of my account just so you know I'm not making this up. This is real, folks. And it's not pretty. So, if you're thinking about signing up with Thomasnet.com, think long and hard before you do. It might not be worth the headache.
Disappointing Experience with Thomasnet.com: Shady Practices, Poor Results, Pushy Sales Staff
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Thomasnet.com. I mean, come on, it's not cool to post a fake review and then pretend to be a rep for the company in the comments. That's just shady. But that's not even the worst part.
My company shelled out $800 a month for years to use their service, and what did we get in return? Not much, let me tell you. When we asked them to show us the business they generated for us, all they sent us were some sales brochures. Talk about a waste of time and money.
And don't even get me started on their sales staff. They were so pushy and annoying, always trying to get us to sign up for more services or upgrade our package. If only they were half as persistent in getting us leads as they were in getting our money, we'd be a Fortune 100 company by now!
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Thomasnet.com to anyone. Save your money and find a better way to generate leads for your business.
Thomasnet.com Review: A Complete Waste of Money and Time
Thomasnet.com is not worth your time or money. I made the mistake of signing a year-long contract and paying extra to appear higher in search results, but it was all for nothing. Despite spending over $3,000, I didn't receive a single customer or even a call from a potential customer. It was a complete waste of money.
To make matters worse, our company was struggling during the pandemic and we owed two months of advertising expenses. I tried to speak with their representatives to come to some sort of agreement, but they were completely unhelpful. They told me that they couldn't do anything for me and threatened to send my account to collections if I didn't make a payment. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially during such a difficult time for small businesses.
I would strongly advise against using Thomasnet.com. There are plenty of other alternatives out there that will actually deliver results. Don't be fooled by their promises and slick marketing tactics. They are nothing but con artists who will take your money and leave you with nothing to show for it. Save your money and invest it in a more reliable and trustworthy advertising platform.
Thomasnet.com Review: Not Worth the Investment Anymore
Thomasnet.com (thomasnet.com) has been around for a long time, and we've been using it for over 50 years! Back in the day, before the internet was a big thing, it was probably worth the money to advertise with Thomas. But now, it's just not worth it. If you're thinking about spending 10K a year with Thomas, you might as well flush 5K down the toilet and save yourself some money. We've spent over 100K+ with them over the last 12 years, and it's been a waste. If we had only flushed 50K down the toilet, it would have been easier to handle. We're a machine/fab shop, and you'd think that would be right up Thomasnet's alley, but it's just not working for us anymore. I don't know if it's their fault, or if things have just changed so much that their formula doesn't work anymore. Either way, I'd say run away from them.
