Do not buy reptiles from this site! The owner, Steve, is a fraud and a liar. I ordered a black throat monitor from him. I look at the picture on the site he had and he told me that was the exact lizard. When it arrived it was NOT the same lizard it was famished, unhealthy, and DEAD! His website policy clearly states if a reptile arrives dead he will replace it or give you store credit for the same amount. After i sent him pictures of the dead lizard he said he would send a new one on tuesday. It never came. After that he has ignored all of my phone calls voice mails, and e mails. Once I realized what was going on I did some research and I am not the only person he has ripped off. Do not do business with this website you will be disappointed.
I too have had a bad experience with this agency. I ordered two pairs of chameleons ..one pair from the Veiled Chameleon and one pair from FlChams..both pairs were suppose to arrive the same day. Steve never sent me a message that he was not sending them that day and I took off from work. He failed to return phone calls. FlChams came on the day I was told, arrived package well with a heat pack and were very nice size as described as the ones being sold.
About a week later, TheVeiledChameleon finally sent my Chams without telling they were shipping them and never sent me a tracking invoice. I was greatly disappointed that he sent very tiny, month old tiny babies which should havew never been shipped in addition, NO HEAT PACK and poorly packaged. Also, they are NOT as described and I am not sure that I was sent the ones I ordered but another species which I would have never ordered. The babes fit on the size of a quarter and I have them for a month now and they are still very tiny. I had to run out immediately and buy a completely new set up, food and everything for these tiny ones.

The beautiful gorgeous ones I got from FlChams are exceptional and are now about 8 inches long and were advertised as the same age as the ones I was suppose to get from TVC. For now on I will only do business with Fl Chams and never miss an opportunity to NOT recommend TVC.

I AGREE! I've been waiting on my Chameleon cages and Chameleons since Sept.3rd. He keeps promising me it has been shipped but he will not give me tracking #'s. It is now Sept. 21st and still no products! He has ripped me off and stole $595.00! This is unacceptable and I have reported them to PayPal. This was for my daughters birthday, GEE THANKS theveiledchameleon.com! NOT!
