Tower Theatre Oklahoma City - Ticket purchase

I purchased a concert ticket through Tower Theatre. Luckily I checked because I only got one versus two tickets. I thus tried to get two new tickets-I couldn't find how to get a refund. I got two tickets for $199.00 but was charged $811.97! Everytime I call Tower Theatre the call disconnects-I have tried at least 15 times. I even went to their ticket office and of course it was closed.
