Location, Middletown Ohio near the corners of St Rt 122 and South Dixie Highway.

Just to say the Manager, wouldn't give name, said I been here 9 months, if that is a help. Unfriendly, every visit when she is there has ended poorly, gave me an estimate to send a box last week 43 dollars. Shipped it today, same parameters, cost was almost 70, so either flat out lies, or is stupid, and can't figure a quote. Did I say unfriendly, should NOT be working with the public, well possible jail guard, or bouncer. Argumentative, foul, and needs better hygiene for working so close to customers.

Beside that she would be my last choice to manage anything, evidently UPS needs to drop by with a fake shopper, and do a sniff test, really.

Desired outcome: I won't be back, there are many shipping options, so I really don't care what UPS does, but I can show someone the quote she gave me, and my reciept, if you want to make me happier, refund the difference.
