The Tog Shop review: Delivery-Customer service

I placed an order on line on 12/23/2015 and each time I contacted 'customer service' ( a total of 6 times to date) about delivery I got a different explanation and run around about this simple order. These people clearly do not care about their customers they pretend to take care of the problem then claim later that the last customer service agent made "a mistake" and that you--the customer--were under the "wrong impression'. I believe this happened about ten years ago when I made my only other order with this company. I will not use these people again no matter what.
