Hired them to change keypad codes on 2 locks. Technician arrived and said he could not do this without instruction booklet from 6 years ago. All he could do was rekey locks on the code pads. Did this on 4 locks, which was 20 minutes of work and charged over $700. Codes no longer work. Left me 2 keys for 3 locks. Worst locksmith experience in 40 years.

I needed to change my locks on moving into my home. I reviewed the ComplaintsBoard.com entries for locksmiths in my area. I contacted Ron and was so fortunate to make an appointment the same day. Needed all outside locks rekeyed and 5 deadbolts. Ron's work exceeded expectations with not only the high quality craftsmanship but the perfect color match for the bronze and silver deadbolts. The gentleman let me know he was on his way but charged me exorbitant fees to replace security storm door locks and open door. I paid a service fee of $29 (only thing quoted on the phone), door opening fee of $125, new lock set for security storm door $399. Very expensive, not to mention, he gutted out my front door so it now doesn't securely lock and said it was free! Next, he tried to lie to me and my husband by saying the front security door was already not locking. Not true! I told him that the metal plate that goes over the lock was taken off by my son to allow the security storm door to lock, and it was not loose like now. It is ruined! He had to call someone to tell him how to fix the front door. I will have to replace the entire frame or door now ‘cause he gutted the piece where the lock latches!
