Compass has been great don't regret my decision one little bit. This is part of our retirement plan. We are berry happy.

We were interested in solar primarily to make a positive impact on the environment. Compass Solar Energy was the most knowledgeable company that we met with out of the 3 that we spoke to. The other companies tried to undersize us to make the project seem cheaper. Compass was straight forward and honest. No BS. Bryan was my consultant and he did a fine job. The crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves. The experience felt effortless. Thank you.

We are totally happy with the professionalism that was shown while installing the solar panels. We were kept up to date on the progress. They arrived at the scheduled time (a bit early even). When we called the office they were very polite and accomodating. We highly recommend Compass Solar for solar panels.

Recently, we decided to look into adding solar to our house. The first company that we talked to was ok, but after they gave me a price I thought it was too high. I found Compass Solar and contacted Todd Gibson. I sent him our energy bills and he quickly got back to me with a proposal. First of all, he explained in understandable language not only how solar works and its benefits, but then broke down his proposal step by step, and gave us options to create a system that met our specific needs, but also a price that not only could we afford, but it was $13,000 less than our first bid. We met and signed the contract and within a few days we began receiving our weekly emails keeping us up to date as to where we were in the process, from manufacturing to permitting to installation. On the day they promised to begin installation the crew showed up on time and with everything they needed to complete the job. All of the crew were very professional, courteous, thoughtful and very good at cleaning up after themselves. They kept us informed as the installation progressed and told us step by step how the job would proceed. They finished in three days, and helped me set up my account through an app that allows me actually see how the system is working and how much power is being produced, and how much is going to the grid. To sum it up, if you want to look into solar, I highly recommend Compass. You will not be disappointed.

This company has met my expectations and more. I interviewed 4 companies for the panels; Compass Solar won my business. I met other Doug Mardula, whom I ran through the gauntlet to see if I could trip him up. Doug handled everything I threw at him and more. He presented the products and didn't try to work me for anything more. We talked for almost 2 hours, he was very responsive and professional with everything.. even with my oh-by-the way questions. After a few days I ended up calling him back to finalize the deal. In addition to the meeting, I did do my research with the company and through ComplaintsBoard.com. They have been at this hands down for quite some time. Once we finalized paperwork, we scheduled the installation: Installers were: Michael Hudson, Michael Tarver, Jonathan Stringer , Pete Porto were the installers and Drew did the Electrical. The work was clean and very professional. The gentleman were very polite and professional as well as taking the time to answer any of my questions. Over all this was an amazing experience and would definitely recommend them.

Extremely happy with my purchase! Purchased an 11.65kWp system and it's great! From my salesman Michael, to design/engineering , to installation...great company. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure doing business with Compass Solar. I give each department a 5 star rating: sales, engineering, installation & electrical. In the first month of operation, I have seen a major drop in the Gulf Power bill. I would recommend Compass Solar to anyone interested in going solar. I would also welcome anyone to see my system & see how it performs in saving residential energy.

Doug, our sales rep is knowledgeable, courteous and takes the time to explain to us in terms we can understand what solar energy can do for our home. The front office is amazingly helpful with all of our paperwork needs. Shout out here to Melanie Doll...I love your energy! Thank you. The installation crew that came to our home were here when they said they were going to be here. Chris, the lead man on this project directed a well coordinated team that knew what they were doing and got the job done efficiently. Thank you for your professionalism Chris. You instilled in me confidence that the job was being done right. The follow up with Doug was great. He made sure we were well informed and understood how the system was working. Finally and most importantly, our solar energy system is operating as advertised. Compass Solar is a go!

My experience with Compass Solar has been great! Doug Mardula sold us our system and was very thorough. He had answers for all our questions and is very knowledgeable about the solar systems he sells. Every time I have reached out to him, he has been there. The guys that installed our system were great as well. They had our system installed in no time. They are very hard workers. I would recommend Compass Solar to anyone that is interested in a Solar System! They are just an all around great company!
