The Salvation Army USA employees at and connected with the local office employees in lake forest, ca.

Horrible experience with luz mundo and her manager pamula (who is never at the store to be accountable for the lying, employees that work there. for one thing I would like a background check on employee luz mundo. is she even legal to work in the united states? secondly what is her criminal record like. these employees violated the salvation army code of ethics for any charity organization. I do not feel it is safe to give them any personal information such as social security numbers or addresses of us citizens asking for help with rental or utility assistance. false statements were made about my mother defaming her good character. terrible things that she would never say to anyone. promises to her that she was chosen for a MOTHERS DAY SHOPPING VOUCHER FOR 100.00 DOLLARS. THEN LYING ABOUT HER TOTALLY WE NEED SUPERVISION AND ACCOUNTABILITY. this should be based on fairness, and keeping the promises they made to us being changed. there is a lot of racial problems on the salvation army's part in these California offices

The Salvation Army USA manager lack of professionalism

march 2017 store#10 detroit, mi mgr. kenyatta hughes

The mgr there has a serious attitude, rude, disrespectful, and definitely not a people person. She has no patience with patrons doesn't speak clearly. The store has too many hangers of clothes on racks to access without problems removing and returning. Electronic area has a moldy wet carpet which also allows for a smell that's not pleasing. The restrooms and amenities aren't kept up very unsanitary. overall very negative experience.

The Salvation Army USA service & products

Hello, I went to Salvation Army to get clothes for my daughter the other day I love shopping there but decided to go to a new one, and found that this one in a Saugus, MA not only charged up all their prices (ALOT more than they are worth) nevermind the fact that they are used and donated items but I found bags shoes clothing etc from 50$+ and more, which didn't seem right to me for a place that prides itself off of providing to the poor, and not only that but I was constantly followed around and watched the entire time throughout the store to the point where it really was bothering me. Like once I understand but I was followed the entire time (and I spent about a half hour in there) and then because I couldn't afford anything because it was so much I ended up only being able to buy one shirt for 15$ and then checked out and the lady was awfully rude to me I think, assuming because I was there for so long looking at so many Things and only buying one that I stole, and was very consistent with making sure I knew she was giving me attitude. For a place to be so concerned about stealing when they overprice donated use items? Doesn't seem like a place that really cares about the poor to me. I usually am a fun of your stores but this was too much. Half of the shoes I looked at they took when I walked away and put them under glass counters. I was going to buy a bag put it down in a spot near the door went out to get my wallet and it was gone when I came back & I can only imagine why. Horrible service and seemed like a complete scam and people profiting off donations and poor to charge up and get money off of, I'll never return there and probably won't go back to a company that would allow a place like that. Thanks, Ashley.

The Salvation Army USA missing tarp

Salvation Army came to our house on Thursday, March 23rd to pick up items. We had covered the items with a pretty big and heavy tarp to protect the items from the elements. The tarp was not a part of the items to take; however when they were done picking up the items and had left the tarp was gone. We contacted The Salvation Army about the tarp and they said that they had left the tarp at our home, they also said it was a windy day and the tarp may have blown away however due to the size and heaviness of the tarp that's just not possible. Besides that, we would have seen the tarp in the street. We just want the tarp returned. It cost alot of money and should not have been taken. Thank you!

The Salvation Army USA managers lack of professionalism

On the day of March 25, 2017 at approximately 8:00pm I entered the Salvation Army with my family to look around for the 50% off sale. We have been customers of the Salvation Army for several years and have never had such a negative, disrespectful, and outright wrong experience. I am a person who has worked in the Customer Service field my entire life and can understand how difficult customers may be, however that does not give any person the right to treat other people the way my family was treated.

I was standing in line with my mother, waiting to be checked out and the cashier stepped away for a moment to help another customer. My mother and I patiently waited for her to return, however upon returning it was 9 o'clock, which is when the store was closing. The items that we were going to purchase were laid out neatly to make the process go quicker. The cashier (Carolyn) kindly stated that she was not sure whether or not she was going to be able to assist us due to the fact that the store had been closed. She stated that she would ask the manager anyways because we had been waiting in line ready to check out already, and had our items ready to go. Initially the manager (Deidra) stated that it was OK for her to help us, but as she approached us and got closer she saw the amount of items that we had and immediately changed her demeanor. She began to loudly say “ Get out, I'm not going to help you”, and continued to say that it would take 20 or more minutes for her to help us because we had so many items. At this moment her employees Daniel and Carolyn looked extremely embarrassed by the way their manager was acting and speaking to a customer. Deidra the manager continued to rudely kick us out of the store, she grabbed my personal bag that I had already paid with and was walking towards the door with it without my permission. She continued to with the offensive behavior, and continued as we walked out the door. She continued to say that we were "lucky that she didn't shut all the lights off the store". While we exited the store she continued to make rude comments and talked down to my mother as if she was stupid. My mother kindly asked if she would be able to hold the items for the next business so she can return and purchase them. She then stated that she would instead ring the items up herself for my mother. My mother went with the manager Deidra to purchase the items while I waited outside. I timed the transaction and it took appropriately 3 minutes, and not the 20 minutes that she had said it would take.

This whole experience was so unprofessional, disappointing, and unnecessary. My biggest frustration with this experience was that she could have kindly asked us to leave, or explain that it was a company policy and we would have understood. I would like to say thank you to Carolyn and Daniel for providing exceptional customer service and for their kindness during the entire experience. I am so sorry that they have to deal with such a rude manager. It really makes me question how they as employees are treated, if managers treat customers so poorly. I will never return to this store and will make sure that people are aware of the type of person this business has a manager and the HUGE lack of disrespect and professionalism.

The Salvation Army USA mobile pantry last, march 24 2017.

I was in the line & I was #16, if I am not mistaken. I know that mobile pantry is for the public who have low income. I see lots of people who are not in low income, because of the cars they are driving, like new altima by nissan, cadillac, new cars chevy cruze, toyota suv. I do not drive any of those cars, because I was disabled last aug. 2007, and I was fired at my job at macy's department store, the human resources only gave me 1, 000.00. After working for 40 years all I have now is my social security disability, that is why I always go to the food pantry, and last thursday march 24, 2017, I know that this mobile pantry is first come, first serve. If you came in late and I know they will be missing a lot of the foods. But when I was getting my mix vegetables that they were giving, the captain of this salvation army told me, that is enough. It is not only that the captain was telling me that, this major who was there, he said something to me also, I was gang up by the two people who are not very customer oriented people. It is not theie foods, it came from the food pantry, it is not for them, I was wondering why these captain and the major embarrassed me, just for the things that I was not given, but those people that this captain, that she knows, she gave them everything, like with tomatoes, lemons, vegetables, and the bags are very full, but my bag are not full, not like the one she is giving to those that this captain she knows and gave them a kiss to her. Do I need to kiss her, so she will give me everything? And they have pineapple, I did not get it. Why s this captain sooo greedy of the foods. It did not come out of her pocket. Before, the old captain that run this salvation army, they were very people persons, they were very good. But now this captain, she does not smile, not even say hello to ys and do not help us. They are taking lots f foods and take them home and if the volunteers made a mistakes, she will get mad to them. Why get mad at the volunteers, these foods are for those low income people, it is not for her. I know the name of the other captain, which is captain romero. But his wife is very snooty, not smiling, no customer service at all. I hope whoever under these captains working in this salvation army, please let them know that they are very mean. It hurts me so much! They have a church every sunday, do not tell me that this captain, do not have a soul?

The Salvation Army USA unethical behavior toward employees

Today on march 17th, 2017, I had stopped into the salvation army thrift store on 534 allegheny boulevard, franklin, pa 16323 to look around. After finding some things to purchase, I head to the sales clerk at the checkouts. The sales clerk gloria (No. 10586) was wonderful, and very friendly, and told me and my 2 younger brothers it was her first week there. After ringing me up, I noticed a discount wasn't given off a pair of shorts. I brought this to her attention, and she told me she needed a total void to ring the shorts up at the correct discount. I say, "okay, that's fine." she calls for her manager, the supervisor bernice, over the intercom. Three minutes pass, and bernice is still standing in the office chatting with a friend. The sales clerk, gloria, then says she's going to walk over and tell her about the problem, hoping to get it resolved. Bernice see's gloria needs help, and yells extremely loud, "gloria, you are supposed to use the intercom!" gloria states she did, and my younger brothers and I state she did as well. Bernice then tells gloria to use common sense and think outside of the box to fix the problem. Unfortunately, as gloria had said, it was her first week. I was once a cashier too, and the first week is hard, and it's expected that the cashier will need help. Bernice was not patient nor kind to gloria, and I am very upset. I left the thrift store feeling disgusted. Employees should not be treated this way, they should be treated with respect and dignity, and gloria did not receive this treatment.
This is also something that should not have happened in front of other customers. Not only was it my brothers and i, there were 2 other customers waiting to be rang out, when bernice yelled at gloria and told her to use common sense. If bernice had a problem, she should have pulled gloria aside, and spoke with her, not raise her voice in front of an audience. All employees deserve respectful treatment in the workplace.

The Salvation Army USA disrespectful attitude from a current manager from a particular store

I started shopping at the 4130 Ming Ave store in Bakersfield, Ca. a few years ago and immediately it became one of my past time favorites. The staff was very pleasant and the end of the month sales were excellent. I tend to compulsively buy things I don't necessarily need and then just give them away to people who need them. That's why I thought it would be a good idea to feed my shopping needs while giving back twice by shopping here.
Anyway, around 4 months ago the store underwent new management. A Hispanic woman whom I only know as Vanessa R. Since then, the prices have risen and the vibe in the store feels very tense due to her harsh attitude. I've witnessed various situations that really have me questioning her customer service skills. She has a very short temper and walks around the store as if she were an angry general.
3 months ago, while the restrooms were labeled as one side male and the other side female, she refused to open the single male restroom for my toddler, arguing that it was for men; eventhough she knew that the woman's restroom was busy. My child ended up peeing on himself.
A month ago, she voided an entire bag of purchases from an old lady who simply wanted to check if they had overpriced her on an item. I could see the embarrassment on that poor woman's face.
A few days ago, she rudely snatched a cart from a mother with young children because she assumed that she was changing prices just because her cart had two old stickers stuck to the car. The cart she took away had only 3 visible items with visible prices. Vanessa, the manager, asked the woman to leave in a very disrespectful tone . We all stared. She left very confused and embarrassed . Everyone heard how she tried to politely explain to the manager that she was making a mistake; yet, she was rudely ignored and publicly humiliated for no reason. I was appalled by the scene.
How can someone so uneducated clearly lacking simple manners and tact, can be a manager? I have no idea what kind of customer service training they give to The Salvation Army employees but it is clear that there is a great lack of it at this particular store . The rest of the staff is very polite and helpful which is odd considering the disgusting behavior from their current Female Manager ( Vanessa R.) . I just don't understand why does she act like the store belongs to her and what gives her the right to treat the customers in such a terrible way.
I sure miss the friendly manager that was replaced by her. He greeted everyone with kindness and made you feel comfortable when shopping at this location. Which is exactly the opposite of what his current replacement has done. I have chosen not to shop here because of her and have taken it upon myself to warn others of this particular female manager's unprofessional attitude.

The Salvation Army USA management

I'm an employee that would like to be anonymous at the Salvation Army Newbury park, California store #14. . I want to know the policy about the manager putting cameras up and it's hooked up to nanny cam on his cellphone thru out the store including the break room ? Arnt we sopposed to consent to that ? I feel validated because he always knows what we are doing and what we are saying . And makes comments about it . Also he seems to tell one of the lead cashier ( Michelle ) everyone's business that's sopposed to be confidential between him and the employees . Michelle also, just follows joe around all day long, takes about 15 breaks a day, and picks up her children from school with the cash deposit when she's sopposed to be going to the bank, she brings them back to the store and they sit in the back processing room where she will take more breaks to entertain them . Joe the manager allows this, and if you try to talk to him about it or how we feel Michelle is getting paid full time with benifts to do absolutely nothing besides following him around and having her kids there is stealing from the company, he will come down hard on the person that tells him and makes the sistuation act like it doesn't happen . She is getting paid to do absolutely nothing ! Seems like her and Joe the manager have more going on than just coworkers relationship they seem to be having more going on with them that makes us all ( employees ) very uncomfortable . This has been going on for about a year and it's time someone says something . Store 14 has great employees, everyone for the most part gets along, everyone shows up on time and hardly ever calls in sick . Joe I feel is taking everyone for granted and not giving us the appreciation making out monthly goals and he's to worried about his and Michelle relationship . They also have been seen staying after they clock out and not leaving the building until after 9pm. Michelle makes side comments that does in fact make it seem like that are having an affair ! Michelle is the only one that gets paid over time as well after joe has been repeated talked to about no one getting over time, she comes in early and stays late for no reason at all just to take the companies money . I didn't know how to come about this so I thought I would write here . Thank you . My email address is [protected]@aol.com if you have any question regarding this information

The Salvation Army USA arc major erik and carol nickell

Hello,
My husband decided to change his life and stop drinking after 20 years and chose Salvation Army ARC Oklahoma City to do so. When I go to see my husband he states the atmosphere is very degrading and you get write ups and prison shake downs. The major is very proud and seems to be far from God! He wants the men to worship him and bow down to his authority. He treats the men of the program as less than. One of his sermons he talked about how to obey as slaves? He and his wife are poor representations of who God is! Its my belief there needs to be a change in order for the men in the program will stay. Please call me so I can speak further. [protected]

The Salvation Army USA lazy furniture movers / more a business then donation for the needy

Drop 800-SATruck, these guys are lazy.

I recently spent over $2000 on a sofa and love seat brand new from Kanes. I called and rather then have a yard sale or put to the curb my great condition sofa bed and oversized chair with ottoman, which the movers from Kanes were willing to put to the curb (I tipped them $40 anyway)and felt it would of been a waste, my wife and I decided to "donate" them to less fortunate.

I called and 3 days later on a Saturday was told they would be there between 10:00 and 14:00 so I cancelled my plans with my family (daughter was visiting on spring break) moved the furniture to the back room. I waited until 16:00 when they finally arrived (no Curtesy phone call) and they were looking pretty exhausted from the FL heat and sure as hell didn't want to move large heavy furniture that was clear. We went to the back room for inspection when they realizing it was going to be difficult to move out, the way he asked I knew they weren't going to take it "oh ah is there any stains or rips or tears?" I said no they opened it up and to their quick happy agreement said oh its stained. Are you kidding me? people who have nothing wont take it from a small blemish from the frame? I understand if it was nasty but this was clearly lazy people who wanted to go home.

They wanted brand new furniture? They wouldn't take it for there was a small discoloration from the frame 4 inches by 1 inch which I never noticed, so barely visible on a great (brand new looking mattress which we never ever used over the years) and the couch immaculate, I pulled a small tear on the seam of the corner of the big chair when I moved it myself which can easily be repaired. but that was another "we cant take it", what a surprise.

I wish I knew the Salvation Army was a business rather than help for less fortunate people, I would of put it to the curb.

I have left way worse condition furniture outside 13 years ago when I was moving into my house and furniture was taken and receipt left...

My neighbor came by after the truck left and asked what they were doing here and I explained, he was as dumbfounded as I he offered me $100 for all 3 pieces. he is older gentlemen and I will just give it to him when I can get some help to move it over ASAP.

I will never recommend nor will I ever donate anything to the business of the Salvation Army again.

The Salvation Army USA customer service

During a visit on Saturday, March 4, 2017, I made a cash purchase of some clothing and shoe items Upon arriving home I realize that I had not received everything purchased. It was after closing when this was discovered this so I waited until the next business day which is today, Monday, March 6. I called the store and the person I spoke with told me the shoes were indeed there and I could pick them up. I stated I would be there after work. I arrived at the store at 6:15pm and the Young Lady working the register told me the shoes had been put back out on the floor and I could go look for them. I did this but they were not there. I ask to speak with a manager. She called the manager (Jennifer Vales) and was told by Jennifer that I would need to wait 30 minutes to speak to her because she was relieving someone for a break. I asked could she refund my money because I had driven from the west side of Detroit to New Baltimore, MI for them item. She stated that I would need to wait for the manager ( 30 minutes) to accomplish this also. The young lady apologized for the manager but I think a manager (1) should make every effort to speak with customer when problems arise, (2) should never leave new employees by themselves to deal with difficult situations, (3) Jennifer Vales is very much in need of Customer Service and Management Training. Her total demeanor and disregard of the situation is a poor reflection on the CORE Vales and the mission of the Salvation Army. Although the shoes were of minimum value the disrespect and nasty demeanor of your manager is much to be desired. I will be spreading the word about the Salvation Army #5 and how they do not value or respect their customers.

The Salvation Army USA unkind, abrasive, and harsh customer service

Before leaving the store, but after purchasing an item, it was realized that a neccessary part was missing. We went back over to the cashier and showed her the problem with the item and explained what had been discovered. Immediately she spoke abruptly, with no courteousy, that the store has a no refund policy. We stated calmly that we had not even left the store yet when the essential piece that was missing was noticed. The employee was joined by another employee and both began speaking loudly and rudely, with condescending remarks. It was a shocking experience as a customer, as I have never been spoken to or addressed in that way at a place of business before. We are supportive of the Salvation Army's work. And sadly, this experience has turned us away. The employees were spouting irrelevant and odd remarks while I continued to calming explain how I was feeling about the way they were speaking at me. It was very off putting and I was truly at a loss for words by this whole encounter.

The Salvation Army USA unethical behaviors by personal/staff/beneficiaries

This ARC run by the Salvation Army on 18th Ave in Rockford Illinois has caused emotional abuse, slander, defamation of character and continued to support addictive behaviors by some of there "beneficiaries" residing at this facility. A few of the Majors who run and/or are in charge of this facility on 18th Ave have broken confidentiality and promoted and encouraged a hostile environment with one of their beneficiaries/addicts and what once was a loved one. I was personally threated on Jan 1 2017 by a staff (?) or beneficiary when I showed up to tell the person I helped get into treatment there that their dog was ill. I politely asked for this person and stated I would wait in my car. A few minutes later after a couple other beneficiaries ran around a man came out and told me if I didn't leave they would call the police and told me "you know what you did". I have no idea what I did. The beneficiary I was there to see is currently using a drug purchased from a smoke shop close to this facility called Kratom - gives a heroin type high but doesn't show up on drug screen so his behaviors have been erratic and cruel and abusive. I don't use drugs or drink. I have a bachelor level college education and I work 1 full time job and part time job. I have tried to ask for assistance and I have been slandered and cussed at and verbally abused at your facility. This was reported and the Major in charge decided to tell the addict about this and in turn made things worse for me. This same major has encouraged the addict still using that resides there to file orders of protection on me - which have been dismissed and denied but the abuse continues. I am disgusted by the way this facility is run and the lack of anyone in any authority to do anything about it but sit back and encourage continued abuse against me. Apparently it is "ok" for people in this rehab to abuse/use a natural supplement to get high on. The first month he was there he was back to being caring and seemed to really want help then the lies and deception started. I listened to him tell me of things going on at the facility that are wrong on so many levels but at the same time he was trash talking me to everyone there and I guess this is allowed to. The ARC Salvation Army is to be Faith based - that is a joke. There is no Faith or God seeking in the behaviors occurring and the Major in charge is ok with all this - nothing is being done. Apparently the addict in question also had needles of some sort mailed to him and I was blamed for this although I had nothing to do with it so the Major told the addict to get another order of protection on me - which the judge denied. This addict was not seeing a sponsor and having people forge a name on the slip, he stealing from ware house and pawning items for money to buy Kratom to get high. He has a very enabling family member who sends him money. My life has been turned upside down and your web site for the Salvation army ARC talks about family support ect...another joke. If anything the ARC on 18th Ave has encouraged the separation of me and my now ex fiancé. I stuck by this person for 5 years - I did not enable and I made sure he was accountable for his actions. He lies to everyone now about everything. He is deceptive. He is manipulative. Its like he is back on heroin but instead he is on Kratom so he can still pass drug tests and stay living there. No one at the 18th Ave ARC in Rockford Il did anything to investigate the claims or bring me in to do family counseling or anything. The ARC has changed this person into someone I don't even know. Maybe because he is easily influenced or because you need someone else to live there and work there since they graduated him knowing about all this. I would never suggest anyone ever go to your Rockford ARC for rehab - EVER.

The Salvation Army USA chain saw being used at store outside to cut up wooden furniture for garbage in arlington heights, il on rand rd.

To whom it may concern,
I live behind the Salvation Army store at 1035 East Rand Road in Arlington Heights, IL 60004. There's a situation that you need to beware of that's continuing to happen. The Neighbourhood as well as myself is very upset. Within the last week the Salvation Army has decided to use a chainsaw daily outside to cut up excess furniture so they can throw it in their noisy and loud trash compactor which is open outside. The chain saw goes on for 30 to 40 minutes everyday at night between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. They are also smashing glass outside as well in the trash compactor on a daily basis most days all day long making a lots of noise with breaking glass. When I went over to the store to talk to them about the issue the store manager claimed she didn't speak English and could not help me and did nothing about it even though you can see the mess in the back. My wife went to go speak to her yesterday and she spoke a little English to her stating they had to clean up and get rid of things and they weren't planning on stopping the chainsaw. This is completely unacceptable. Something has to be done about the noise with the chainsaw the broken glass in the trash compactor that's running outside. We have put up with the glass breaking for years but this is outrageous. Every other donation center in the area takes care of disposal inside. Please call me to discuss a solution to the Salvation Army noise problem. My next steps are to go to the Village with the neighborhood residents to get help. My name is [removed] I live at[removed] right in back of the store. My phone number is [removed].

The Salvation Army USA unethical behaviour by captain in grand junction, asbestos exposure over lies

On feb 8th, 9th we were told to remove a atile floor at the saalvation army store in grand junction colorado, on feb 10th I asked if the captain had the tile tested for asbestos and he said he did twice and it was perfectly safe. Then on feb 17th the captain said he was sorry the tile was asbestos at 5% and they had good insurance if I sued him. Me and my workers spent three days in the building and there wass no protective gear or warning about the dangers of the task we were doing ie removing the old tile floor
They then dumped two loads into the regular trash bin and it ws dumped in the county landfill. Over 47 people were exposed in this incident directly and indirectly and then their families they went home to.
This was an intentional lie to get their agenda acomplished so they could move food into the building by april 1st. The captain put us all in harms way to fulfill his agenda and did not concern hi, mself with our well being. He violated many laws aand does not seem to care much over his lies

The Salvation Army USA thes staff with salvation army are terrible people and the volunteers they promote

I have unfortunately been here a couple of times. Las Vegas is a city literally filled to the brim with criminals. This staff is no exception. They have served raw chicken multiple times, for the vocational program they refuse to follow through with the three meals promised and any chance of a late lunch for having to run around meeting appointments, they have "volunteers" which have a literal obsession with staring at me every single time I take a shower...there are not allowed any sex offenders in this facility. They gang up on people making false complaints about what someone did to them because they want people to basically stand at attention for them. They bully and manipulate and get in groups to lie on innocent people(me). They regularly bring people into the churches who are manipulative liars and participate in the same way, people who pass out food target me after they gossip and call me an ungrateful person and slam food into my hands, they promote females who are willing to falsely accuse me and make threats of killing and abusing me - these same females are obsessive with watching me in the showers and the security guards make up lies as if I said things to antagonize situations. Many of the running around calling themselves gangsters and the staff join in laughing about everything that goes on. The mentally ill are encouraged to be obscene or are put into positions they are not even capable of working properly and the staff have them behave obscene and rude on their behalf. and then back them up with more lies and false accusations.

I have been stolen from three times since I have been here. The staff are no doubt the ones responsible for it and mock me when I report anything. They refuse to regulate whatsoever. They refuse to be honest. They refuse to have any work ethic. And everyone tries to use some excuse of how they are somehow disadvantage and not me. They are literal sociopaths with an obsession for power. They do nothing right and look to abuse people that are better than them in every single way possible. Then try to make themselves look as if they are the victims. There is literally zero reason in any way shape or form that these people are not all in jail -- let alone working a homeless shelter. People seem to always have an excuse about how someone did them wrong and why they do not give a crapa bout the people truly hurting. They target the easiest targets and have people join in. One thing is for sure...I will never work with or for these people. Slavery is already outlawed for starters. I literally babysit people 24/7 and they are very unproductive. They can try to act as if someone has done them wrong but one way or another -- no matter what they try to accuse me of it will always be false...because I di not do anything wrong to them. They play guilt trip games with peoples heads...they have massive amounts of sex offenders in here. They act like there life is so hard when there is really nothing to anything they do.

They eat for free and think that any person in need who comes in is an ungrateful person for wanting to eat food which is properly cooked, not served spoiled milk, one of the volunteers told me they had food in the kitchen that was spoiled (saltine crackers which stank) the health board is supposedly just letting this pass...I want this facility shut down if that is what it takes to get these people fired for the incompetent sadistic lunatics that they are...

This is literally nothing but an entire facility of gangsters and mix of exconvicts with an occasional real victim coming through the facility...like me...and a bunch of people absolutely caniving acting as if they are somehow the ones who were never given an opportunity. Every church here is a bunch of men with obsession for trying to put innocent people in their place as if people are their slaves and they are over whelmed with catering tot he less fortunate... or supposed church guys always trying to put their hands on some female and make her basically stand at attention for them at their every lunatic whim. Then they turn around preaching that we better just be grateful. No one does absolutely anything right and they yell and belittle anyone they think they can get away with it to...

Then when they get caught in every way doing bad they want to turn the situations and act as if they really have this street smart education I was not aware of where they had to make me actually get up and be strong and do things for myself...they are the laziest most self centered backstabbing lying bunch of people. They literally abuse everyone around them and say they are really teaching something and I just do not understand...

The Police here are EXACTLY THE SAME WAY...the church and LVPD is literally filled to the brim with rapists and females "covering" for them in the name of forgiveneness...and not one person every does what is right...

which they manipulate back around to being some survival of the fittest thing and claiming I am just mad that I did bad to people and lost out in life...

People are literal lunatics...they get sadistic lunatic pleasure out of stepping on me...

I am literally stalked by people off and on...and I cannot find a job in this city anywhere. The sadistic nature of people is so disgusting that I cannot even begin to fathom it in my head ---how people can be so disgusting...

They have me sit through their personal classes and mentally abuse, manipulate, lie... they are racists promoted her and then backed by the most sadistic people of other races...it is like 24/7 abuse and then followed up with mind games...

Everyone will literally not allow me to speak or ask a question which is one hundred percent legitimate to a very basic conversation. If soeone talks about a savings plan and I state that from personal experience, starting from this point or this point -- the bare minimum needs will probably be...(this) everyone in the room starts cutting me off about how terrible their life was...when I mention a job i had they have an obssession telling me to be quiet and talk about how they are worth more...the person delviering the class literally straight up tells me to be quiet and makes pious remarks as to why I am speaking.

She brought another person into the room who made a display of doing me a huge favor by opening a bank account with us---how everyone around me were never provided the opportunity but whatever I went through was obviously of no concern whatsoever, when clearly everyone here is supported in every single way possible and literally no one is actually helping me. If it was free to open the account she could have just done that.

She went into some speech about what some finance relate d things and made exas[erated comments about how hard she was working because I was asking questions. I have to compare advise on some things...plus she is manipulating things to make it seem as if I am treating her like a financial advisor...

The assignment I was given was something that took time in my situation and the lady giving a financial class absolutely twisted my words to make it seem that because I was educated and knew what I was doing, and she did absolutely nothing to help me --- that the reality was that I was trying to say my very good high level education was actually misguided and I knew nothing...It should have been more simple...

these people do absolutely whatever they can to make it seem they have helped someone they have not and as if they have given advice to someone who really was having difficulty registering anything basic. I have been writing financial plans since I was young. I was an excellent student and enjoyed school very much... I enjoyed learning. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO LEARN FROM ANY OF THESE STAFF...they are twenty four seven manipulatie...

Every person in there, including the ones claiming racism and being so deprived are only aiming to hold conversations which lead things off topic into a spiral of conversation that is not registerable...like when I ask questions, it is because I need to clarify a simple point to make sure I am getting everything right, they will jump in and try to act like they are saying something within the same topic or that me trying to be techinical was not validating them as human s and the speaker will join in being mentally abusive...

They are all literal jealous people with the sole intent of keeping their jobs and acting as if they have done the world a favor... Any job location I have seen in this city which is supposed to help people actually does not do this in any way shape or form...the people here are literally abusive to the max and refer to it as being the most deserving and mock me for being abused...they literally have NO SOUL OR HEART IN THIS CITY. There is zero work ethic to anyone in this city...

I am by far the most ethical person I have ever come remotely close to meeting...probably the only person in this city who wouldnt sexually assault someone as well... the humans here are disgusting excuse for human beings...disgrace to society in every way...

I guess that there are a lot of typos and some of the paragraphs are not worded very well when I went back and rad it. I think the main point is that people are ongoing mentally abusive, feeding people raw chicken and spoiled milk, stealing things on a regular basis, promoting gang activity, stalking people, bringing in speakers who are mentally abusive and forcing me to sit through them while I am used like a personal verbal punching bag for them, falsely accused by the staff regularly, sexually harassed nearly every day by the staff or volunteers, forced to be alongside sex offenders and people like them every single day, made to seem incompetent of caring for myself because they choose to to do absolutely nothing right and call it politics which I am too incapable of grasping. These are all criminals and I babysit them all day long. Every conversation that comes out of their mouth, everything that they do, how they choose to mock the Bible and make it mandatory for me to show up and agree with them. Blatant bullying towards innocent people. No actual follow through for any of the things they promise or rules that they set. Bringing volunteers into the facility ho also bully people and refer to easy targets as ungrateful. Mass ganging up on me and false accusations from all of the staff. Absolutely no one will uphold a single rule or do what is right in any way. The entire staff constantly thinks that they are some victim when they are nothing but sadistic abusers on a 24/7 basis with absolutely no real people skills whatsoever. In any way shape or form. Nothing is good about these people. They prmote every single type of abuse: sexual, physical, mental -emotional...etc. they are absolutely good for nothing.

The Salvation Army USA employee misconduct, santa rosa ca

At the Santa Rosa drop-off lat 160 Montgomery Dr. 2/13/17 a young employee was rude to me, even hostile. I've been donating things at this location for years and the people there have always been helpful. However today this young man asked if one of my bags was books, saying "it feels like books" I said it had other things in it as well. He threw it in a bin, and I protested that it might have had a breakable item in it. Then he filled out a receipt for me and wrote "books" on it. I protested that the receipt would not match the itemized list of items I had made at home. He angrily pulled the bag back out, found there was a pair of men's shoes, 10 DVD's, and a large white serving dish. Then he talked badly about the things I had donated. True, I had erroneously included 4-5 videotapes, forgetting the SA didn't take them. But his manner was aggressive as he dangled a bag toward me and called it "trash."
I don't think this person should be working with the public, as I felt verbally attacked and his manner was angry. I will not stop at this drop-off station again if he is there. He verged on being threatening. This is so out of the ordinary for this location that I wanted to report it. Thank you.

The Salvation Army USA thrift store branch, going through my backpack!

At: salvation army
Sacramento thrift store, 315 16th street, sacramento, ca
[protected].

I walked in this branch to the best of my belief around 11:00 am, and was asked to leave my leather backpack up front, I stated I did not mind but such was/is illegal to my knowledge on the bag law that was passed to save on bags and charge a fee for such. There was a slender man, who appeared to be of foreign decent with a thin mustache and thin black hair and that of an older man around late 40's to 50's. This can be subject to a legal suit under the unruh act-ca code 51 > skin tone/racial. The bag was noticeably unzipped when I returned for it, and not as such when I left it with the staff member.

The Salvation Army USA family services employee

My husband Envoy Little, retired, is being sexually harrassed by the Family Services employee Doug Rykiel, who is bisexual. My husband will not admit this is happening as he is afraid of losing his office there. Rykiel does not want me enrolled as I would then be of active rank. I have worked with him (Rykiel) and know he is racist, sexist and does not show up to work regularly. Also, my husband was victimized when he was young so is traumatized by this current situation.
