I signed up for this program based off the reviews thinking they would help me with my mortgage, and they did nothing for me I was almost 6 months behind in my mortgage and they assured me that they can help lower my mortgage and get me back on track. However, I was in a Mortgage deferment program, but I defaulted due to my account got hacked and I lost all of my funds. To start the program, it was $1300. for them to write appeal letters and was advised do not make any payments because working with the underwriter for my mortgage. However, due to not making payments my credit score dropped and my mortgage company kelp denying the appeals. The Program cost $4000. I could have been making my payments. I ended up filing a chapter 13 to save my home.

Recommendation: I would recommend after the 3rd attempt and the appeal is denied. File a Chapter 13 to save your home.
