The Pioneer Woman review: Pioneer woman butter dish

I bought a PW butter dish but within only a couple of months, the knob on top literally fell off. The glass part just broke when I picked it up. I had washed it by hand, not the dishwasher (as it says on the dish) and I had not dropped it or anything. Since I liked the butter dish so well I purchased another to replace it. I'm not certain of the time after I bought it but it was less than a year, maybe 4-5 months and the very same thing happened. I have pictures of both. The glass part of the handle/knob just breaks off and the bottom drops off.
