The Pep Boys review: Tire service

Need a new tire, brought it in early. They said it'll take a couple hours. So I left, ran errands and came back and my car still hasn't been seen. Still sitting in the same spot I parked it. This is ridiculous no matter how busy they are. Not one employee called or informed me on any updates, or as I waited in the area , never approached me with any information. I see that customer service isn't a top priority at this location.
