I ordered Blue Sapphire Earrings 600 dollars worth. They were pretty expensive to me, but it was a gift for my dearest sister, so I don't regret.
But I regret I dealt with The Natural Sapphire Company because they haven't delivered the earrings on time and looks like they just forgot about me whatsoever.
No matter how many times I called and wrote, they didn't answer anyway. Is it your new way of communication? Telepathy? I should read your thoughts or you should read mine? Otherwise, how am I suppose to tell you about my issue? It's ridiculous!

I learned my lessons the hard way. I bought from The Natural Sapphire Company and experienced embarrassment of life time; made myself to appear like a stingy idiotic boyfriend Do you want to go the same path? I bought a sapphire engagement ring for staggering $9700 in platinum; studded with pink sapphire; emulating Kate Middleton engagement ring design. Purchase date 23Rd Jan order No. 10786. from The Natural sapphire Company. Paid by Credit Card. Its photograph on the web site of Natural sapphire Company shined as if it's a jewelry from heaven . A piece of exquisivity ; a marvel ; perfect to make my engagement a memorable life time moment The order was received; but just a day before my engagement; what I got was terrible piece of crap. Craftsmanship was worst then the imitation jewelry, stone looked like plastic marble I returned it; got my refund back; but hey do you want to do this? Return the engagement ring after engagement? I had a mouthful of abuses to owner of Natural Sapphire Company one Michael Arnstein who seems to be habituated to complaints and kept parroting that he will give the refund; I got the refund but lost the most memorable moment I goggled for the The Natural sapphire Company complaints and here is what I found ; (below is the compilation by some another pissed off consumer) Looks like these guys issue false Press releases and make videos for self-generated publicity 1) There are at least 700-800 complaints registered against Natural Sapphire company by aggrieved customers 2) Most of the recognized Color stone forums like pricescope.com have expelled The Natural Sapphire Company for its dodgy sales tactics 3) The Natural Sapphire company legally doesn't exist ?. It has no registration 4) Recently their fraudulent claim over the generic name "The Natural sapphire Company" is rejected by Trade Mark authority.. 5) The Natural Sapphire Company Owner Michael Arnstein is carrying criminal charges on him 6) Buying from The Natural Sapphire Company through Credit card is extremely risky process as their CC process is not safe 7) The sapphires which they sale is almost 500% over priced then market rate (fake sapphires overpriced double whammy ) 8) The Natural Sapphire Company is not a member of AGTA American Gem Stone Association 9) The Natural Sapphire Company and Its owner project itself deceitfully as jeweller for Royalty of UK". I am located in Orange County . I bought a pink sapphire studded engagement ring cast in 14K gold fabout 3 months back from The Natural Sapphire Company .over there web site
When I got the ring it had completely different colour then what was exhibited on the web site. Also the craftsmanship was of not good quality
I bought the ring for USd1700 but when checked with local jeweller they appraised it at USD200

I reside at London and bought a blue sapphire at price $ 4, 000 of about 2.15 carat weight (Yes I know it was too much of a risk I took with such a big stone) from The Natural sapphire Company www.thenaturalsapphirecompany.co.uk
I wanted to mount it on a solitaire setting
The stone was shipped by The Natural Sapphire Company sometime in first week of Jan 2011; it was a frenzy time for sapphire dealers due to Kate Middleton Engagement sapphire ring replica were in vogue.
The stone was suppose to reach the destination in about 10 working days. The Stone never arrived.
On repeated inquiries with The Natural Sapphire Company ( BTW they don’t even respond to e-mails) they informed me over the phone that the stone is already shipped and reached the destination. This was shocking
And then in about 1 week I received a letter from HM Customs that the merchandise is in their custody and primal facial they have reasons to believe that It was grossly under valued.
On further probing I realized that The Natural sapphire Company had declared it as “Corundum sample” and its stated transaction value at USD10; I was in utter shock and disgust
On contacting The Natural Sapphire Company they mentioned that they have to do it “that way” to escape hefty custom duties (In effect they meant ditch the Government).
I followed it further with HM Customs who deputed their evaluator to appraise the stone and Guess what : he appraised it at about $200 . HM Customs further told me to take custody of the merchandise after paying $ 1400 which includes penalty + VAT and interest on Penalty
However till date I have not taken the delivery of the stone .Because if I do I will land up paying more then USD6500 for a USD200 stone
I wrote many letters to The Natural sapphire Company ; There solution is I should pay the duty and take possession on the stone and then return it. But why should I? The Natural sapphire Company should manage it with HM Customs and payback my USD4000
Just today I received a letter from HM Customs that If I don’t Take the delivery of the stone in next 30 days they will auction it.
I am repenting as to why I did any business with The Natural sapphire Company

I am a gemmology enthusiast and unfortunately happen to be a victim of the scam now called as “Natural sapphire Company-Scam”.
After seeing at lot of publicity they received (or rather they managed through a paid PR agent) for replica of engagement ring of Kate Middleton I decided to do business with them. My most repenting decision ever
I did a in depth investigation about the dodgy tactics used by The Natural sapphire Company and volunteering to expose few facts about The Natural Sapphire Company

a) Most important The Natural Sapphire Company swindle gullible buyers by overpricing their sapphires ; declaring their sapphires as untreated. This is a complete lie The stones are Indeed treated. Many of them using fracture filling technique where in surface fissures are filled up with additives.
b) The blue sapphire I had bought for usd3000 and self certified by The natural sapphire as untreated when sent to the lab found clear indications of Beryllium Treatment. In my particular sample Beryllium had penetrated considerable depth showing that treatment was under intense heat
c) I further got considerable information by contacting their Sri Lanka Colombo based agent one Siraj; who is currently at logger heads with them. NSC has a office in Columbo which they never declare . All the stones are sourced and sent to treatment through this office

I would urge anyone who has dealt with The natural sapphire Company to send their stone for valuation and to an independent Lab like AGS/GIA . Most of the valuation I did for the stones made me realise that I have bought the stones at 3x of the market costI have lodged complained ; if you too experience the cheat and decit file complaints with following agencies
