3 weeks ago I reported to manager about the lights were out. (the bulb was broken by her contractors n is dark out in parking. Nothing is been done about it as a today 6-15-21) (on monday 6-15-21 at 345 am, I was waken by gun shoys ouyside the apartment) I email the office n she respond to my email that it was rejected. Today6-15-21 I reported my a/c broke at 430 am on my wau to work the temperature was 89 degrees inside. 913am I call theoffice n reported to the maneger. Gat home at530pm that evening n still broke at630 pm I call the office to ask the maneger about if she was gonna ok for me to get a hotel for the night, n no one answer the phone, so now im stuck in my apartment in a 90 degree heat n no one to solve the problem.
By right she should have call me to check if the problem was solved.
This is the only problem I had with her is to long of a situation for me write all of it. I had doctors papers about my respiratory problems n she turn her head n didn't worry about it. But I pay my rent on time n when some goes wrong she always give you the run around.

my mother is an elderly tenant living in the arts apts. She has been disrespected and has had the manager threaten her with eviction because her daughter bf came over no disruption was going on he just walked up and told my mother she was going to be evicted if my bf comes on the property. Then later when she speaks to him in the office and let him know she didn't appreciate being belittled she elderly. Also, we have a rat infestation nobody doing anything about. The rats are digging up the yard . Kids play out here. Its unsafe but our wonderful property manager rather tell old ladies who they can and cant have over her house as long as they not destroying property as stated in the lease. but he makes up his own rules if he don't like you ...he WILL evict you just because. Its unprofessional
I am a tenant of an apartment complex that MEDVE Group manages in Corpus Christi Texas and I have spoken to 3 different people there. I spoke to a Brian that called me back from Louisiana and Cassidy and a Will that are in Irving. Thats what the phone number said that came up anyway. Here is my issue... I moved in to the Saratoga Cove apartments in November last year, didn't have any problems everything was fine. But, after two or three months went by people moved in above me and I noticed they would smoke weed and the smell came in to my apartment from the vents. I didn't say anything at first. It started getting bad with the smell, horrible stench. I complained not once but more than 5 times. I even made copies of my complaints and took them to the office to have them put in my file. Needless to say not a thing has been done about the horrible smell coming in to my apartment. I have been paying almost $1, 200.00 a month to live there and my lease is up on November 10th this year, I spoke to the manager on the property ( Carolina ) last Friday about leaving early without any paying any penalties just whatever the prorated rent would be for October and Carolina said she didn't see that being a problem since she had a lot of people wanting to lease. BUT THENNNNN she calls me yesterday Sept. 25th saying she can't let me leave. I told her I had another apartment lined up and I CANNNNOOOT STAND THESE GUYS CONTINUING SMOKING WEED AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. She said " how do you know nothing has been done " my adrenaline rises I YELLED AT HER " BECAUSE THEY ARE STILL SMOKING WEED! I told her. I have called the courtesy officer several times. Carolina told me she was going to put a letter out since she courtesy officer just went out to my apartment last Sunday on the 17th of September. But again the guys were smoking this past Saturday. However, Cassidy whom I spoke to from the MEDVE Group said their apartments are not a smoke free complex and they cannot control what people do in their apartments. So she is basically telling me that Saratoga Cove Apartments allow illegal drugs in their apartments for whomever wants to live there. All that Cassidy and Brian kept telling me was that i have to finish out my lease and put up with the weed smell going in my apartment and my grandkids ( 3 yr old and a 7 month old) that come over have to put up with the horrible smell also. So now I have to get an attorney involved.
