There is a house at 18 Churchill crescent Coosan area and the landlady rent the room take the deposit and one month rent in advance, after 2 months for no reason gives a notice of termination and ask to leave the property within 28days. However in this instance deposit money is not returned and then start renting the property again to get a new deposit and one month rent in advance. This is the ongoing process of making money and trapping the tenants

I'm trying to rent a room for days, the only agency available for rent on the spot is this Colman Grimes, which works with an archaic system, all the emails I sent were not answered, I made 8 calls, I had to cross the country to see the room in 5 minutes viewing, then come back to my work again in a rush, because according to them if I don't show up that day I would lose the chance of the room,

Since the beginning of the negotiation I said that it is urgent for them to give me the room options, now they told me I need some documents and I have to wait an email with that list of documents, however passed already 3 days and there's no email, is the third day that I'm calling requested the list of documents needed, the attendant Michael says he'll send them immediately and I'm going to the fourth day without the list, then I have to wait for their willingness to analyze the documents that is another week, where my deadline to move to the city where my work is waiting urgently, this bureaucracy left me completely stressed and discouraged, it's more difficult than a job interview and it’s such a simple service

I leave here my indignation with the bad work of this Colman Grime agency, and I have no option to choose er another agency, because it is managing all the rooms available in this place that I need, Dafit. ie urgent necessity to make an evaluation of these companies that provide service through the site

We listed our House a 4 bedroom property in Farnham street Cavan. Our listing was taken over by somebody who actually was able to present themselves as us and was letting out our property they changed the price from 1500 per month to 800 per month. I have the messages and a passport which was given to me by one of these people being conned. he is a doctor in cavan General Hospital.

I contact daft and was able to get back into the listing but I have been blocked out again and the phone number has been changed from my number to [protected] instead of my number is [protected].

This has caused me untold stress and annoyance not to mention the house has still not been let. This is disgraceful!

I want to make a complaint about a agent Shane Hickey of Waterford daft
office, Catherine Street. He falsely led customers who wanted to rent the Aylesbury Manor apartments for the summer. He told lies about renting/viewing the apartments for the week of 31st May-June. All of a sudden the apartments were unavailable and let agreed was shown on advertisment. No communication was given. Utter disgrace as a company and treatment of people who genuinely were interested.

Dear Madam/Sir,
my partner saw an apartment for me in 47 Moyne Road, Ranelagh as I was unable to get there in time for the viewing.
There were 2 apartments to let for around 1000E rent permonth.
The cleanliness, even basic hygiene was just not existent at all! It seems this place is to be even a health hazard. Electricity cabling seemed dodgy, the oven was dirty as the carpets and the dwarf-sized shower cabins.
I do not understand how people can get away with offering this type of rental property and am concerned as a medical Doctor for anybody who would be desperate enough to live here.
I think this place should be inspected by some authority and changes and improvements ordered.
