Our Data contract was renewed without our knowledge or permission on 31/3/2022 for cell no [protected].
We gave notice to cancel the contract in October 2022.
I was told the contract has been renew by call or email from a sale department and requested the call recording or email as proof of the renewal.

We are disputing the renewal and are claiming a refund from October 2022 to date for a debit order to our bank account
