I mean, come on, it's not rocket science, just send me a new one or give me my money back. The lamp itself is pretty cool though, I'll give them that. It's got this galaxy design that looks like you're staring up at the stars. It's a nice touch to any room and definitely adds some ambiance. But the fact that I can't even use it because it arrived broken is a major bummer. I just hope they can sort this out soon because I really want to enjoy my new lamp. Overall, I'd say the product is good, but the customer service needs some serious improvement. If they can get that sorted, then I'd definitely recommend giving Galaxy Lamps a try.

Galaxy Lamps is a pretty cool website that sells these lamps that look like galaxies. I bought one for my room and it's really awesome. The lamp has different colors and it looks like you're in space. It's really easy to use and it comes with a remote control so you can change the colors and brightness. The only thing that's kind of annoying is that you have to mess with your WiFi to get the app to work. It's not a big deal, but it's kind of ridiculous that you have to do that. I've never had to do that with any other app before. But once you get the app to work, it's really cool. You can control the lamp with your phone and there are a lot of different settings you can play around with. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend Galaxy Lamps to anyone who wants a cool lamp for their room.

This has been a real bummer, man. I ordered a lamp from Galaxy Lamps and it was supposed to come on a certain day, but it never showed up. Now they're saying it's "pending" and they can't give me any updates. They're blaming it on COVID, but I don't know if I believe that. I tried to talk to a manager, but they wouldn't let me. And to make matters worse, the shipping company they use is called Shipbob and their customer service rep was no help at all. I'm really disappointed and I don't think I'll be buying from Galaxy Lamps again. I hope this review helps other people avoid the same headache.

I bought a bunch of stuff from Galaxy Lamps, and let me tell you, some of it was pretty pricey. But when my package arrived, I was super disappointed to find out that they had only sent me their cheapest item. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but all they gave me was a tracking number and said my order had been received. I kept trying to get them to fix the mistake, but all I got was the same response over and over again. It wasn't until I pointed out that the weight of the package I got was way less than what it should have been that they finally stopped responding altogether.

I was so mad about the whole thing that I decided to post about it on their Facebook page. But as soon as I did, they blocked me! I noticed that there were a bunch of angry faces on their page, but no negative comments or posts. It seems like they're just trying to scam people and then delete any negative feedback or block anyone who tries to warn others.

Honestly, I think this company is a total fraud. But if I can help even one person avoid getting ripped off like I did, then it'll be worth it to write this review.
