My California Bar Association complaint will be accompanied with similar complaints to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, the U. S. Dept of Justice, my U.S. Congressional Representative and U.S. Senator, et. al.
After initial consult with my lawyers it will be determined if my complaint of alleged extortion by Higbee & Assoc. via threatening collection emails from PicRights is actionable.
I truly feel that I was deliberately terrorized by PicRights and the Higbee lawyers in order to make me pay PicRights $3,600 in alleged copyright infringement fees for some photos a previous webmaster used on my website many years ago...like 2011or so.
I intend to ask counsel for advice about about bringing an action via federal and California agencies and political offices for monetary damages and some hefty financial penalties, if what I have emotionally experienced is a chargeable civil or criminal action.
I keep reading where what PicRights and Higbee & Associates law firms are doing is an ongoing "scam"... and I fell for it.
If the horrific intimidation used by PicRights and the law firm of Higbee & Associates is legitimate, then I will accept the fact that they were correct.
But, something feels very wrong here.
