The Habitat Company review: A charge for a sticker

I have brought a car and trader in my old car and wasn't able to get the residential sticker out the window, it was peeling in parts. I go to the office to get another sticker to put in my new car and they tell me I would have to pay for sticker because I should've brought the old sticker in, I explained to them that it was peeling and was told I should've brought those pieces in, I can't believe this. I'm not paying $50 for a sticker just because the other sticker couldn't come off.
