I been to good guys hopper crossing today to return the product which I bought yesterday, it’s a faulty product, return that one. I also bought dyson v11 three months ago which is also faulty. So asking customer service lady to return the product, while I am talking to her I asked for the manager that I need to talk, then the girl on next counter named elena interrupted me very rudely, I told her I want to talk to the manager, she said manager will give you same answer, I told her that you don’t know what I am talking so why you interrupted me.
Then manager priyanka came I told her a about thr rude behaviour from her employee elena, she said she can’t ask her anything,
Elena again start in between in a rude way, I feel very offended. My wife is next to me as well she said atleast you skikda not interrupt us while we talk to the manger.
I want to lodge a formal complaint for the rude and unacceptable behaviour from elena. I want your action for the poor customer service by your employee.
Let me know what action you will take against her or I will take further steps with consumer affairs for poor service.
I am very upset with the service from good guys.
