Texas Roadhouse review: service staff

My boyfriend, daughter and I went to this restaurant 10/27/19 and I must say it was the worst service I have ever recieved. Usually Texas Roadhouse is great, it is one of our favorite places to go and I have never had a problem. The food is always wonderful and the staff is friendly and attentive. However this night was anything but. Our waitress was a young lady named Yvonne. We waited at least 20 minutes before she even approached our table. The table behind us was given their bread and drinks before she came, and they were seated after us. (They had a different waitress) Once we finally recieved service, we ordered an appetizer and our food. We were never given the appetizer and had to ask for bread twice which is supposed to be provided with the meal. On top of that, we requested a booster seat and were never given one. Straws were also forgotten and asked for twice. Eventually we were fed up and requested these items from another waitress and given them promptly.
Now begins the hour and a half wait for our food. In this time, my four year old needed to use the restroom where we saw Yvonne standing there on her phone.
Once we finally recieved our food, it was cold and we requested to go boxes.
I am very disappointed with this waitress, and never leave complaints or bad reviews. But this time I felt it necessary.
